Went on a Wednesday night, not very busy. The staff was fairly friendly. I got the steak quesadilla. I don't recommend getting the steak as a protein. It was so fatty and hard to chew that I picked them out unfortunately. I couldnt eat probably 75% of the meat., very disappointing. The rest of the ingredients were good.

Restaurant could use a good cleaning, quality of bowl ingredients weren't too bad but the chips were stale as all get out (this comes from excessive frying - all the containers STACKED behind the register!). Seemed like many employees were hiding in back.I was also shocked to see a girl in sweatpants 3 sizes too big and another in ripped jeans. Perception/presentation go a long way especially in a food service environment. But if the chips weren't trash I would have been leaving any feedback at all..

To be clear, I enjoy this Qdoba location and will return. I just have one concern/question, and one suggestion. First, I enjoy the sautéd vegetables. Why can't the staff at this location make vegetables at or after 8:00 p.m.? Is this a rule? They are frequently out of sautéd vegetables at this time, and depending on whose working, refuse to make more. Very disappointing. You're open until 10:00 p.m. If it's 9:00 p.m. I won't walk in your front door as you're frequently out of chicken and always out of vegetables. Vegetarians be warned!! Secondly, I love the Mango salsa. This was out as was the chili sauce. I know the mango salsa is probably seasonal though I would love for it to be available year round.

I order bowl meal and ask no hot stuff, but everything order came out hot, but wouldn't return. The restaurant was clear staff was from come in to order, but foods get wasn't as here said not hot. I rate two stars it is seen to busy seen customer come and going.

Today we went and did a pickup order, the staff jammed the food into the bag and the food spilled all over the bag and looked pretty gross by the time we go it home. Not our first issue with Qdoba in Lake Geneva though. The staff walk around like zombies and seem not to care about anything. Its not entirely their fault though because it speaks to a larger issue of the fact that the owner/managers do not care about their business. I honestly do feel bad for the workers because they seem understaffed and overly stressed during busier times. Also a few weeks ago we pulled up to the store around 9 and the workers turned off the lights to act like they were closed. It's a top down issue where no one cares or is able to take control of a bad situation. And to the manager who reads this that means more than likely YOU are apart of the problem.

Very disappointed in the food this time. Something was watery that made it water down maybe the rice. It taste it a little overcooked. The meat tasted like something frozen from a bag. The chips are very over cooked. And the girl preparing the bowl had a sourpuss face no friendly greeting.!!

My experience at Qdoba was bad from the start, the app was acting up, but the people working were nice,, the food had things I hadn't ordered, though. There was a option of juice or milk. But there is a soda machine, speaking of the appearance of it, it was filthy, with Flys, tore up booths, the only thing holding it up was some painting things. It was expensive also, so I just got the kids thing.
