Overpriced and unnecessarily stuffy. Wine was extremely overpriced for what it was. $23 for a glass of Merlot. Interior of restaurant is in need of renovation. I felt like the chairs were going to break at any point, very uncomfortable seating with no booth option. 4 adults and one child = $440 bill, automatically added an $80 tip to our bill. Price just was not worth it. Would not return, instead I would opt for the cafe on the lobby level of the resort.

This place needs to get shut down! I paid over $400 for my family for the Easter Sunday Buffet after church. This was by far the worst meal I've ever had. The food was cold and not properly prepared, options were limited, and bugs were crawling around in the greens! DISGUSTING!!

Just finished Easter brunch this afternoon at the Ristorante Brissago, and for $475 prepaid (party of 6), what a terrible disappointment - not worth one star at all. ALL of the food was cold; even when it came fresh out of the kitchen. Waitress only checked in once after we were seated. The eggs benedict had no ham or canadian bacon, and the hollandaise tasted only of citrus. The desserts were still partially frozen. There was a termite crawling in the salad greens. DONT PAY FOR THIS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED MEAL ON EASTER SUNDAY; RUINED MY HOLIDAY. Never again!

Food was delightful. The branzino was excellently cooked and flavored, with a nice crispy texture. The tiramisu dessert was delicious. The appropriate rating for this restaurant should be above 5 stars. My daughter said it was the best restaurant she’s ever eaten at. Even the pizza off the kids menu was brick fired and had perfect marinara. Also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the decaf Americano - a delicious Colombian blend. Comfortably situated in the Grand Geneva Resort. Heavenly experience.

Every year for GaryCon (and this year Founders and Legends) we eat here and are always impressed. They were flexible with our reservation that inevitably grew larger as more hungry friends show up! The wine selection is very good and do they also have Stella beer (one of my favorites) wonderful friendly service! We had two people in our party who had to eat and run quick and they were able to get their main order in fast even while the rest of us had appetizers and a longer drawn out meal My mother grew up in Roma, Italy so I know good Italian fare and this place is very good! But they ALSO have good steaks! Upon making our reservation they immediately asked us about any allergies which was very nice as my girlfriend is allergic to Gluten! (They kindly adjusted her food and brought gluten free crackers for her)

Our reservation was made to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Unfortunately, we arrived late. There were no signs along the way to the Grand Geneva to tell us where to go or where to park for the Brissago. We had to stop and ask for help twice. I saw that we were going to be late, so I tried to call to notify the restaurant and possibly get help with directions, but no one answered. We finally arrived, but 20 minutes late, and of course, our reservation was gone. The lady up front said she would get us another table right away - as one was being cleaned. However, 15 minutes later, she said she had to have another one cleaned instead. She only smiled and laughed at us when we inquired. We felt like a number to her, and she did not want to be bothered. Finally we got a table, right under an air vent so that my children were nice and cold and had to wear coats (and our food lost it's heat very fast - mine was room temperature before I even was half way through it). Our children ordered salad with their spaghettis and meatballs. The salad was so full of garlic that they could not stomach it. Even I, who loves garlic, thought it was awful. Their dinner was a small bowel of spaghetti with one meatball - all for $18. We asked for boxes to take the remainder home in at the end, and our waitress returned back with only one flimsy box that would not close. She told us she had to put both of their spaghettis together in one box - does any of this make sense? Good grief, we just went through a pandemic, and now we are mixing plates of food in one take-home box to save money?!? What a rip-off for the price we paid. My husband threw it away after my children said "gross" and they would not eat it now. So now we have lost food and money. My dinner and my husband's were ok, albeit small portions for the price, and mine lacked flavor and was only lukewarm. He was given a free dessert for his birthday, but I had to ask even though it was told at the time of our reservation. I would not recommend this restaurant for dinner and especially not for families. **This review was sent to the restaurant in advance for hope of a reply. After five days, no response; therefore, I give them one star.**

Best scallops I have ever had. Tanya is a great server. Calamari could have been cooked a little more. Ribeye tender and so much flavor.

My wife and I dined here last evening as there were no reservations left for the chop house, but we wanted something more upscale. The reviews were mostly positive so I expected dinner to be worth the prices. To start with, the service was excellent. Our waitress was on top of drinks, made recommendations that seemed honest, and overall was very friendly. We sat near the front, by the bar. It seemed like the typical upscale resort restaurant, nothing outstanding to speak of. That leads to the dinner. As entrees tend to be very large, we opted to just have drinks and the bread that came with the table. We got... two slices of bread. The bread was okay, but not filling, which leads to the next problem. Both of us ordered a $32 Truffle Sacchetti. I had four shrimp while my wife had scallops. I don't remember the exact count, but you don't get much pasta with the dish, which for $38 was extremely disappointing. The cream sauce was very rich and heavy, and while the truffle flavor did stand out, it didn't help the overall flavor of the sauce. With dinner being so rich, we both skipped desert. Between dinner, my one drink and my wife's two drinks, the total was over $155. This morning, we were mostly thankful that the resort had multiple bathrooms because it wasn't pretty. I guess if there are no other options and you don't mind spending a lot of money on bad food, this is the place for you.

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Food was excellent and the service even better. Worth every penny. Delicious speciality cocktails and desserts too. The festive holiday decor in the resort with live music in the lobby area made for a beautiful night overall.

Nine ladies from our Bunco group enjoyed dinner as well as the ambiance of Ristorante Brissago. Wonderful service with a helpful waiter and various servers. In order to try more dishes, I had the salad and flat bread pizza which were excellent. Several Members of our group had the scallops, sea bass, and filet. All of us were very happy with what we had for dinner and also enjoyed the various drink options including a wide wine list. Would definitely return!

Food was good but did not appreciate waitress say soup or salad when we ordered our food as if it was part of it. Only to find out later it was 30 dollars more. I heard other waiters using the same tactic. Won't be back.

Outstanding setting, great service and scrumptious food! Fantastic in every way - including the window view. The short rib pasta-OMG! Will definitely be back!

Sent back our pasta and should have done the same with the appetizer. Pasta was cold and the appetizer was just not good. They didn't charge us for the pasta and gave us a free glass of wine. I think it was caused by our server had to many tables with large numbers of people. Won't go back
