Food was pretty gross… shouldn’t have spent $45 there I knew better but we did anyways. My husband had asked if they still had the potato grillers(my pregnancy craving) the first person didn’t know then the older lady came on and was very snobby/snappy about it saying “the grillers… the things we had years ago? No we don’t have em” … really off putting finished up our order pretty quick after that. I asked my husband to check the order… I don’t trust that my food is correct well got the steak burrito and it was really gross $7 for something that seemed like it had chicken??? Plus steak but my husband brought it back inside and the guy said “well you didn’t eat enough to see there’s steak in there I just made it” okay sooooo why is there chicken too? Idk it was really gross. Then the Cinnabon delights were hard so being pregnant and wanting to indulge in my craving was a no go. Food was bad service was worse…

GOT DELIVERY AND THEY FORGOT THE ONE THING I WANTED TO TRY SO BAD, THE CHICKEN CRISPANADA. I GOT THE RANCH FOR IT BUT NOTHING ELSE. THEN WHEN I TRY TO CALL I GET A RECORDING SAYING THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING CALLS AT THIS TIME!!!!! Wow. One job people! I’m so beyond disappointed!

Get it together Lake Geneva! This is one of the WORST locations I’ve been to. Every time they mess up the order, they don’t check what they are giving people. It’s not like there are two order stations, one single station the orders should be on the screen as the cars are in line. I truly cannot figure out how you are employed and do not know what items on the menu are, and what is in each combo.Someone should open a Del Taco instead!

Just went through the drive through, the guys at the window are not even checking what is on the order before handing it off to the customer. I order a veg power menu bowl a number 6, 3 feasta potatoes, a nacho cheese fries 3 extra crunchy tacos, chips and cheese and 2 cinnamon twist. I had to remind them about the cinnamon twist, never got the extra tacos not even the one taco that goes with my combo number 6. So 4 taco's missing and miss the chips and cheese. I spent almost 50$ for this order you think you would get it right. You have lost my business forever. I'm not going back to pay for food I never received.

This place is horrible . Last 3 times I have gone food has been missing in my order . Me and my family ate in the building ordered 3 deluxe cravings boxes all 3 were missing the Chalupa Supreme's when I asked for them all they told me was "we knew they were missing " yet nobody made an attempt to let us know or even apologized for the mistake. If we would not have asked they would have allowed us to leave without what we paid for . Seems to me this is becoming more of there process. CHECK YOU'RE orders make sure there fulfilled. I will be staying clear from this establishment
