Despite the wait at the window for someone to grab my money, scan my phone for rewards and acknowledge me at the window, that was my only complaint. Location was easy to get to right off the highway. I ordered the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher for the first time and it was delicious. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately our experience was less than pleasant. We had to wait a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the counter. The interaction with the girl who helped us was friendly, but we had to wait 10 minutes for our 2 drinks to be made even though there was not a single other person in the store waiting. Then after the wait, my daughter got the wrong drink. ?

The staff has always been friendly except for one person who I haven't seen in a while, so I'm thinking they no longer work here. The rest have always been kind and my drink is always perfect. I get matcha lattes and at other starbucks, in my area they are never as good as they are from this specific starbucks location. They mix it very well. The only thing I wish could be different are prices, but I understand the staff has no control over that, so hogh rating! Hang in there & Thanks ♡Parking: Thr parking lot and drive thru are rarely packed, I think they're at a great location.

I've been to many Starbucks around the US from traveling, this location is fairly new but the absolute slowest. Customer service is mediocre. I recently moved to this area and this is the closest Starbucks to me, unfortunately. It is extremely slow pace every single time, waiting time always horrible even when the lot is empty and even for online ordering ahead of time! Management need to improve to be on the same level as the other Starbuck stores.
