“Had all you can eat shrimp. It was excellent, served with choice of potato, hot fresh baked dinner roll and coleslaw. Gave us so much shrimp on the original plate that we didn't need to ask for more.”

“I had the Chicken Ceaser Wrap with steak fries and it was delicious. The proportion of the chicken, lettuce, and ceaser dressing was spot on. I had a side of Ranch dressing to dip my steak fries in and that combination was great. We were there at lunchtime on a Saturday and the service suffered slightly, but we were able to watch the Brewer game to pass the time. Can't wait to go back.”

“Best Fried Catfish in the area on Fridays. Don’t wait til the end of the night or you’ll miss out. Absolute favorite fish fry. Be aware that it is Grab and Go and not a sit down restaurant. Try the boozy coffee in the morning…you’re on vacation. Live a little. ;)”

“Absolutely amazing Chicken Fried Steak!This feels like a hidden gem with a small intimate/quaint setting. The Bartenders make some great drinks and deal with a lot of late phone calls to ask about breakfast.11:45am is the cutoff for breakfast, it is probably not a good idea to call at 1140 to ask for breakfast, but people were doing it as I heard the conversations.”

“Service is slow. They do allow dogs and have a dog menu. Just make sure you get everything you order/ pay for. All in all a good place. It's kind of dingy inside. Doesn't expect an amazing environment. It's just a bar. A nice outside sitting area.”

“Food was delicious, service was excellent, and has a great ambience. My friend drinks a lot of water and they never let her glass get below half full. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were amazing! Would recommend to anyone visiting the dells!”

“Sky is the best bartender there. We are deadheads from South Chicago on vacation and it felt like a lot scene in a clean, modern venue. Grilled cheese truck, taco truck, BBQ truck, they're all great food! Vibe is chill, and awesome merch and drinks.”

“Food here was great and not expensive.We were in town celebrating my son’s birthday. I asked our server if they could do something special for him. So they gave him a nice sized danish with a candle , and the entire staff along with the the other guests in the restaurant sang happy birthday to him. He was so surprised and elated with a smile from ear to ear. This warmed my heart almost to tears. The staff was very warm , attentive and welcoming . I highly recommend this restaurant. It was very clean, we were seated immediately in a comfortable booth, and the food was prepared fast. If we come back to the Dells this will be our breakfast spot. Thanks BJ’s !”

“Very cool place to check out, food was great but they did get our order wrong but fixed it in a somewhat timely manner. Great views too!You do have to wait in line for a while, and it’s a wait in line and order, and sit down. Finding an open seat is pretty difficult too.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair Accessible. Too much crowds.”

“First time eating here. Had the BEST Gyro I’ve ever eaten. It was huge! Tones of meat, tomatoes were fresh and the sauce was perfect! Mozzarella sticks were on point too! Five stars!”

“This place is an amazing hidden gem in the Dells. The quality ingredients, the vegan and Keto friendly options, and the great staff make us return again and again. We've already gone twice this week! The garlic butter sauce is amazing and the pompano ranch is perfect for dipping crusts. I actually consider making the 3 hour drive some days just to grab a pizza from here.”

“We stayed at the Wilderness Glacier Canyon so chose to walk the parking lot on a beautiful weekend to visit Monks. We got seated quickly, and they were very friendly. Once seated, it took almost 15 minutes to even have any acknowledgement or visit from a server (while another table was seated after and already ordering). Eventually our server did come and took our order. We ordered and it all came out quickly (which we were thankful for since we were all hungry after swimming all day). Food was delicious and the burger was great! Our service could have been better as our waitress was missing in action and only checked in at the beginning and end when we needed a check (but nothing in the middle when we needed refills and whatnot). Thankfully other staff helped get our food to us and met our other needs (I’m glad they work well as a team since I’m sure they get pretty busy). Overall I’d go back, the burger was delicious (maybe one of the best I’ve had at a restaurant), it had great flavor & was cooked properly to my liking. I got the Gouda burger and would get it again for sure. I upgraded to their fries and they were great too! There were many other choices I’d be curious to try! Cheese curds were also delish!Kid-friendliness: Kids get their meal on a frisbee and lots of choices for a great meal!”

The second and third mornings we ordered online and we were able to pick up the orders in fewer than 15 minutes with everything made to perfection. If you like to live deliciously, this is a must try!Vegetarian options: If you eat eggs, you are all set here. If not, there are some pastries and sandwiches you can order to be eggless.”

Outdoor store sign caught my attention from across the street and drew us in. So glad we stopped in. We'll be back the next time we are in Wisconsin Dells. My opinion: upgrade flimsy plastic spoons to stronger, rigid spoons (maybe eco-friendly) so the utensil cuts through the thick scoop instead of bending.”

“Absolutely beautiful, a must see! I've never liked Old Fashions, but these were very tasty. The restaurant is like a Coleman or Pendleton catalog, the views breathtaking. We enjoyed both the outside bar, band, and beach front bar. The food was yummy goodness, a little more expensive than we typically spend but the atmosphere makes it worth it. Great place for all ages to enjoy, the kids really liked the beach and pier. Cute gift shop. So glad to have found this gem and start a new family tradition.”

From the people who were working there, to the diversity of their food, it was all beyond words and left all of my family speechless. The people were so inviting, helped us pick food to our taste palate’s, and were more than welcome to help explain the food to us and helped us try new food. They were truly a high light of our vacation and the atmosphere that they brought to the restaurant was incredible, definitely check out their business!!”
