What an awesome thing to call and actually have a human… and a kind one… on top of it she loved the Beer! Let us know if you want to open an alt up in Neenah !

I called and spoke with Michael on a Thursday around 2pm. He was so incredibly helpful. He gave me a full list of Celiac friendly gluten free restaurants right around the area to grab food and seemed very happy to help. He even gave me some Facebook groups to join. I ended up getting a fish fry at Athens grill the next day on my way through. Well behaved dogs are allowed inside the taproom. Would def stop again.

Fabulous, delicious beer!My wife is gluten free; I am not. We went here as a treat for my wife and I was very surprised at how good the beer was.If you served it to me and did not tell me it was gluten free, I don't think I would even notice. I had a very refreshing beer that was flavored with Earl Grey tea, the aromatic and citrusy bergamot was remarkable with the malt and hops. If that does not sound appealing, they have many other options to choose from.I believe the beers here are all brewed from malted millet, but if you are curious about their brewing process they are more than happy to talk about it.Gluten free people rejoice!! You can have a cold beer (or two).Non gluten free people who love beer: do not pass this place by. The beer is excellent and you will enjoy it.These are bona fide brewmasters who deserve the support of all beer lovers, not just the gluten free ones!

We planned a whole trip on being to visit this brewery! We have had their bottled beer we bought when passing through Madison but I had never been! We went and were not dissapointed! Great beers and cool little spot to visit! I absouetly LOVED the Oktoberfest and bought some home to enjoy later. We will be back!

Great experience, was wonderful being able to try multiple gluten free beers on tap. All the lighter beers were absolutely fantastic, but the darker beers left something to be desired (before my celiac diagnosis Porters and Stouts were my favorites and I have not found any gluten free porter or stout I would consider better than okay) staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will return when I am back in Wisconsin.

First...every beer they make is Gluten free. Yes, it is a Gluten free brewery! Their Hefe, it is gluten free.....a gluten free wheat beer....crazy. they had 11 beers on tap when I stopped. Hazy, Copper, Hefe, DIPA, Octoberfest, cider, blonde, IPA, etc. All the beers were pretty good, the idea that they are gluten free is what is mind blowing, 5 stars for that. The atmosphere is okay. Service is friendly. I will be pointing my less gluten tolerant friends here for sure.
