i’ve eaten at a lot of sushi places… but i can confidently say that awi sushi is the best sushi i have ever had in my life. i’ve eaten here at least a dozen times now- and they’ve never disappointed. super friendly staff and great vibes, too! My favs are the omega and the shark attack, but honestly you can’t really go wrong :) thanks for so many great meals!

Ordered from here and they forgot our dumplings. So I loved the crunchy California roll, but the spicy tuna tasted super fishy. I’ve never wasted sushi in my LIFE, but it tasted so fishy that I couldn’t even finish it.

I've been going to Awi Sushi for a few months now. I stumbled upon it walking up State Street, sat down for a few rolls, and now I just keep coming back. All my friends and family who've visited have also enjoyed it. I have yet to find a bad roll - or food in general - there. My personal favorites are the Amazing and Double Dragon rolls. The staff and owners are all incredibly nice and do a great job. My favorite sushi place in Madison; I cannot recommend it highly enough!
