Katherine was a great bartender! She had a lot to manage & she did it flawlessly and professionally. I appreciate her service for the Bistro and the hotel as a whole- an experience maker!
I was looking forward to a return to Madison after 30 years or so since I last visited. We were more than pleasantly surprised/welcomed back with a bar stop here. Aaron, the bartender, is an excellent mixologist, but is as well an ambassador for Moody Tongue beers. Check these beers out! You’ll get a chuckle out of Aaron and the curds are top notch too.

Just had the best lunch here! Even on a Badger GameDay, the staff was so attentive and friendly. Thank you to Tom, Naomi, Aaron, Patrick, and Kelsey!!! The bistro burger was amazing! Highly recommend that to everyone as well as the BLT wrap, and the cheese curds! Definitely would recommend this to anyone coming through Madison!!
