Customer service is nonexistent. The employees are often rude and argumentative. It took me half an hour to get one big Mac in the drive thru. I would have downright left, but once you get stuck in those lanes, there's no way of leaving. Once, I ordered a McChicken, and it literally had a chicken patty, bottom bun, but no top bun. I had to eat it like a taco. The owners are pretty good about responding to customer complaints with apology letters. I don't know, if it's happened so many times and so many people have had the same experience, maybe it's time to filter out some of their employees. There's really no reason for them to be argumentative. They gave me somebody else's order and then kept insisting it was what I ordered. I wasn't even rude. All I said was "I think this is someone else's order, I didn't order either of these.." two women argued with me that it was my order and then snatched it out of my hand to rustle through it and then hand it back to me. I literally ordered a cheeseburger. I don't know how that's so hard to mess up. They could have just said sorry and given me my order, but they had to make it a whole scene because they were wrong. I never have a good experience here and that's quite disappointing. Just about any other McDonald's is going to be a better choice. There's a culvers nearby, I would recommend them over this McDonald's as they are very hospitable and thorough.

A mcdonalds with a play place inside is nice. It was very clean. I had some non crunchy fries and I give the service a 3 because I ordered a coffee with 6 sugars and they gave me coffee with cream in it. It was disappointing. Details do matter.

If i could give a zero, I would. My friends and I stopped by at around 9:30 pm, not a very busy time and they seemed to have a full staff. You could see and hear the workers in the back messing around and shouting, however there was no one at the register to take our order. We stood there for a good ten minutes not wanting to be rude but eventually we had to call someone over. She was incredibly rude and clearly intoxicated. She repeated her order back to us several times getting many things wrong. We waited 20-25 minutes for our food and when we got it there three of the four things we ordered were missing. I pointed this out to the woman who took our order but she refused to look at the receipt and started cursing and yelling at us. It escalated quickly and I threatened to call the police. She lunged at is angry but couldn't quit reach us, stumping drunkenly. We made a run for our mini van and luckily escaped narrowly with our lives. We sped away anxiously hearing gunshots in the distance. We finally arrived home and over the next three months we all had to meditate and attend group therapy to heal our collective trauma. I you ever visit this cursed place please bring you whole heart and steady mind. Or at least a firearm. God bless you and god bless this beautiful nation we live in.

we tried to do separate orders for one car but the manager would not let us saying that they could only do one order per car, we knew that this wasn't true as multiple people in the car are former and one current employees. when we tried using a mobile code our phone would not load and we tried showing the manager the code we had, which was for a 30% discount. the manager, Alex, did not honor the discount and rewards system and lied to us saying he couldn't do anything to give it to us. we knew this was a lie as again, multiple people in the car have worked at mcdonald's and know how the system works. we ended up paying full price for the food. Once we got our food it was completely different from what we order we got a few of the correct items but found that we were charged for a dbl quarter pounder which cost significantly more than the chicken sandwich we had ordered. overall this mcdonald's is lazy and not willing to honor its rewards system and respect its customers. Manager Alex does not deserve his position if he is not willing to do his job which is to solve problems and make sure customers have a pleasant experience.

The screens didn’t work in the drive through when ordering. Then we went in and the staff was withdrawn like someone that is unhappy with their job. Not my problem nor any customer.The prices are way too high. Makes me think of price gouging owners and cheap food. No thank you!

I have been to this location many times because it's our favorite late night snack spot. Tonight was especially busy, but not a problem because I was confident the food was going to be nice and fresh. Our order was taken at 1:27 a.m. and we waited at least 20-25 minutes for our food. Once we got home we realized we were missing an item and our food was cold. Again, not a problem we live 5 minutes away. A little frustrated we waited so long just for this outcome but I knew that the food was replaceable, I worked at mcdonald's for 3 and a half years. I drove up and discussed the issue over the speaker and was told that they would replace the food. Unfortunately, only half of the order was replaced and It was 2:22 a.m. at this point. The manager refused to replace our 10 piece nugget which was now cold and said it wasn't mentioned over the speaker. This grown man argued with me and wasn't very considerate on how long we waited for the food and wouldn't even look at the receipt. I understand that things can get messy when busy, but this matter was poorly handled and I am very disappointed with the service.

In general, the food is pretty ok, standard for Mcdonald's. I wouldn't say that I recommend the ice cream products though, they taste a little off. Everything else is ok though. The service is ok as well. Often, the employees have a hard time understanding you through the speaker so it takes a while to order but that's understandable considering the usuals quality of the speakers. At the window, they are efficient so you are out in a timely fashion for both you and the restaurant. Inside, the ambiance is a little dry, like most Mcdonald's nowadays, but it's clean and a good place to sit for a while. Overall, 6/10, I main this place, but only because it's Mcdonald's.

4 om om Saturday I order quaeter pounder meal in drive thru, 4 cars in front of me. First off it cost almost ten dollars. What??? More than Chicago where I'm from. Also rude drive thru Staff. Took 5 minutes in drive thru, 3 cars parked ahead of me.

Good McDonalds with decent cozy playground. Could be slightly cleaner, but still good. Kids played almost 2 hours there.Kid-friendliness: Good playground (for McDonalds).Parking: No problems to find a spot.

They have moved to using self serve kiosks to order and pay for food. Though it does make possible more flexibility in individual items it is a bit cumbersome and co.plicated to use. Plus to work it properly you need to sign in use the mc donalds app. They do have two registers, but they were not staffed and closed. In addition they got the order wrong, several items we ordered and paid for were missing. We had to go back to get them.Still the food was good. The Playland area was nice and the kids loved it.
