Two featured drip brews, one not brewed and the other had over an hour of completed brew time on it. Two staff people at the kiosk and no fresh coffee. I ended up buying a mocha for someone who had asked me to bring them a cup of coffee, and I had specifically gone to Caribou. Makes no sense.

I have no issues with caribou coffee, but I am reviewing this location specifically.It is in the Hyvee grocery store, and the one time I went, a hyvee employee was behind the counter by herself and had no clue how to make any of the drinks, so she kept calling someone on her personal phone to ask what goes in all of the drinks, which took absolute ages. On top of that, she would stop and scratch her head (no gloves) over these open drinks…. To avoid ending up with a dandruff drink, I left the line without even ordering.

The barista was so sweet to me. I was telling her a story and she listened to me while making a drink. They were so kind to all of us in line, and the fact they had 2 baristas made the line super fast. <3 I wish I lived near here to keep visiting again.Ps it was the barista with the cute little cartoon pins and her friend <3

So I’m not one to write reviews at all but there was no way I could look past this particular review and not comment about what a wonderful place it is. I literally go here almost every single day of the week. This is the 1st time EVER that I am sooo satisfied with a particular coffee located at Caribou in Hyvee. My daily choice of coffee is the Iced Carmel High Rise, I absolutely look forward to starting each day out with a Large and they make it so perfect EVERY TIME!! I have developed a great relationship w/ the staff and couldn’t be more pleased at the customer service i always receive! Like clock work, I start my day heading over to hyvee first thing before my work day begins. There was only one issue I had wen their espresso machine stopped working and of course, my morning started out with a little disappointment. But they were up n running in no time and I was back on track immediately, starting my day off the way I enjoy! The staff has always been so supportive, kind & helpful, to say the least! Last thing, I have to give a huge, thankful shout to the main manager. She knows EXACTLY wat I like to order n starts preparing it immediately. She knows EXACTLY wat I like down to every little detail and makes it absolutely perfect every single time. That just means so much to me, as she is always so busy with other orders n things. But NO MATTER WHAT, she always takes her time and it reflects the second I take my 1st sip!! Heaven! Lol… I’ve been so spoiled there w everything they have done for me and how they accommodate their customers. All in all, I absolutely, without hesitation or doubt, recommended them 1000% to anyone who is looking for a consistent coffee house with amazing customer service and even better products. Dealing with them has given me such a wonderful personal experience! Most of all, the best and most kind relationships I’ve developed along the way. So thank u ladies, from the bottom of my heart, I can’t tell your enough how much I greatly appreciate you & all the hard work u have to deal with behind the scenes. Anyway, I just wanted to give credit we’re credit is absolutely due! I was seriously NEVER a morning person until I finally found this in hyvee. Now I look forward to mornings, without a doubt! Keep up the amazing great work & customer service u always provide! Thanks for EVERYTHING! And I will be seeing u very shortly! Lol… my rating would be a 13 out of 10! Extremely recommended so stop by and check them out. U will not be disappointed!! I promise, I have never been!
