Some short male manager is terrible because he was super unfriendly, he was rushing the food and when I got home it was so unappealing I tossed it out. I never want to come back here, worst service in my entire life, chiptole is better than this. Retrain this manager on how to treat others. Never eating chiptole again after this experience.
Terrible customer service and extremely filthy dining room. About 5 employees were there but when I walked in it was a competition of who would flake first to come take my order. All but 2 tables were covered in food, ice machine was broken, fountain drink machine was a sticky mess, and the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. All of this for over $15. Spend your money elsewhere.

This one is a hit or miss! I went one day the young man at the station preparing orders had a bad disposition, which doesn't bother me because I don't know what occurred in his personal life, but he would scoop little tiny amounts of everything into my bowl to the point I had enough. I walked out never again. Another thing this location will charge you for each vinaigrette as other locations will not.
