From a vegetarian/ vegan perspective I wouldn't come here again. Ten dollars for a bagel with some avocado on it is not worth it. Just get your bagels & spread at the store.

We just got our food. I ordered lox on a smear. I ordered it toasted, Not toasted. The cream cheese was put on like butter. The lox were so thin you couldn’t tell it was there. We Oder a lot from Einstein and this was not normal but still very disappointing

We're here a couple days a week for breakfast, it's ALWAYS good! Best Lox in town, and the pizza bagels are great! The coffee is tasty and the kids love it here. The take home bagels are some of the best in Madison. Everyone is SO nice and friendly and the trivia questions are fun. Definitely stop here for quality bagels, breakfast and lunch. They close early, so order ahead on their app for easy pickup.

The cashier heard my coffee order and input it wrong then tried to convince me that it’s what I ordered. I got the farmhouse bagel sandwich and it was missing components and the ham that was on it was ice cold. There are so many diners in this town where you can get a meal for the same price or cheaper, I see absolutely no reason to come to this run-down, complacent, lazy large chain.

The food was really. The coffee was good and my daughter said the hot chocolate was good as well. Very good place.Only giving it 4 stars because the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. They spent more time talking about football and baseball then they did with the guests.
Texas brisket was awesome and the folks behind the counter were super gentle and I will always swing by

It would be five star if upper management would let them reinstablish their dining area instead of thinking all Einstein bagels can be the same. Did upper management used to work for Sears or something?
