I go here often, and the coffee, bakery, and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. My favorite snack is a smoothie. Sadly, the staff are uneven in preparing these. Some staff do well, but others add so much base liquid that the smoothie is lukewarm and runny with the texture of juice. Yesterday, I asked for a remake and the second try was just as runny as the first. I wish they could do this right because the varied smoothie options are great. Training is needed so that smoothies are just as wonderful as the coffee drinks. The staff are fantastic-friendly and hardworking. I’d give a rating of 5 if they could get the smoothies right.

Pretty chill vibe. Got a café au lait with oat milk, nothing groundbreaking but was pretty good. Sat by the fireplace reading for over an hour, place has a good atmosphere. Pastries looked a bit dry so I didn't get any, but the sandwiches looked pretty good. Id come back if I'm in the area.

I've been coming to this Colectivo location since they first opened and have never been dissapoined. Or reference, I've had their cappuccino, flavored lattes, teas, bowls, burritos, and pastries - all are great and the ingredients are always fresh. For example, I had the Baja bowl today with eggs and guacamole and it tasted as if it was made 30 seconds before serving. The atmosphere is also ? with a 50/50 mix of people working and socializing. Music isn't too loud either. Great all around.

Met a friend for tea at 11 am on a Tuesday, it was packed of patrons with computers, but was able to snag a small table. The tea was not as hot as I wished it was, but the flavor was full & delicious. Will go again, I liked the “neighborhood feel”.

Nice spot to hang out for a bit and grab some espresso. The beans are good and the drinks tasty.On the downside, I tried the impossible sausage and just egg bagel and I personally wouldn't suggest it. The wooden seats are also not comfortable for more than an hour or two.I do plan to come back and try the veggie burrito and maybe this time I'll snag a spot on one of the couches!
Got a spicy maple latte today then realized it was actually too spicy for me so I got back in line and told the barista and just said can I have a pumpkin spice. She went to the back to I guess talk to someone and then came back and told me it would be $6, I was confused so I said oh… you want me to pay again? She said yeah, so I was like ok nevermind then, so she canceled the order and I handed her the original latte which she threw out and I walked out having spent $6 on a latte I didn’t drink.

Food and coffee was wonderful! just disappointed--I placed two separate orders while I was there, both "for here," to eat in. Both my sandwich and my latte were prepared to go, and staff gave me a difficult time about getting a basket and mug. If I am going to spend money to get lunch at a coffee shop, I would like to not eat out of a paper bag.

Oh my!! I hand out lots of 5 stars, but I'd go 7 or 8 out of 5 here!! They carry several plant based items that are spectacular!! And their drink options are almost too many, if you can't quench your thirst here, your thirst may just be unquenchable.
