Normally I have a great experience with Dominos. A couple of coworkers and I order a few pizzas to our work, and they were either terribly made or the delivery smacked the box and got the toppings all over the place. We called the store to see if they would remake the pizzas for us and they said no. Would highly recommend not ordering from this location.

Ordered delivery, driver was awesome but large pizza was burnt to a crisp. I know it is thin and crispy but black is not the kind of crispy I like. I have photos if needed.

I work in foodservice and do not often complain. I’ve even worked at a pizza place. However, I’ve had problems with dominos for years at this point. Many times my order was delivered wrong. As a gluten-sensitive vegetarian, when I get the wrong order; I don’t have the ability to eat it. Their solution is typically giving me a credit which I can’t even use until the following day. So I have no dinner or delivery refund. For a while, I completely gave up on dominos cause of this, happened probably 10 times, every time. I came back yesterday because I saw all the commercials for a free emergency pizza, so I thought, what could I lose? After having 60 points for a free pizza and an emergency pizza coupon, it will not apply to my teeny tiny gluten free pizza. These coupons are useless. Not to mention, I know for a fact that gluten free pizzas are made from a frozen dough sheet, cause again I’ve worked at pizza places. So it is likely one of the easiest things to make in their building. So disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Not good for dietary restrictions, AT ALL. Don’t waste your time.

To I notified my food was ready. Came to get it through the curbside pick up. They were out handing other orders out asked my name and came out and said they supposedly accidentally handed out my order to a similar car. I asked why they didn’t double check who the customer was before handing it over. They just handed over no questions asked. I didn’t get a credit. At least they remade my order
