It's Important to get certain things rightOatmilk instead of milk or veggie egg white vs the one that has meat.I'm lactose intolerant and to get both milk and oatmilk in my latte ? and ordered veggie eggwhite bites what if I had been a vegetarian and you gave me the one with ham aka soggy bacon :(They overall do a good job but feal they ate so frantic in the morning, which is understandable in high traffic area.

If could give a big fat 0 I would! my hashbrowns were soggy and burnt. My grilled cheese was barely melted. The lady who took my order at the drive-through window wouldn’t even let me finish before she kept saying is there anything else? when I got to the drive-through window and got my food she didn't even open the window and somebody else brought my food out so I asked her for cream for my coffee. She rolled her eyes at me. I asked her if was there a problem when he asked for cream and she said no, so maybe you need to teach her employee Customer service because they sure don’t have it! never again will I waste my money with you guys!

This Dunkin seemed to have just reopened? They were celebrating something on Easter with people dressed up as donuts and the bunny rabbit and stuff. I went through the drive thru and ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and I got an everything bagel with cream cheese that was starting to go hard because it felt like someone toasted it a while ago. I didn’t go back because I didn’t realize the order was messed up till I got to my next destination, but dang, if you’re reopening please get orders right. Check what you’re putting in bags. The bagel was like a brick. I regret coming here.

Quick and friendly drive thru. Inside was also recently renovated. Recommend parking a little further away from the door to avoid getting blocked in by the drive thru line.
