LOVE the Falbos on Park Street! The guys there are all so nice and the pizza is cooked to perfection! Delicious!!! Best pizza in Madison! So many other items to choose from, too. Excellent salads, wings, sammies, etc.

Loved this pizza the first time we had a group order at our store , so I had to order for myself to take home leftovers after my lunch indulgence. The pizza however was so overdone and dry. It was freezing cold but that was on Doordash. I don’t mind room temp pizza , especially when I’m so damn hungry, but sadly this one was so well done I couldn’t bite the crust. I did not opt for well done. If pizza is cold you could reheat it , but not when it’s burnt. Sorry Falbos but you fell way far firm since my first experience.

The pizza was undercooked, unrisen, toppings scarce, and a big part was missing (stuck, ripped off in the oven). just a big soggy mess of raw dough and cheese.

There's an obvious reason why Salvatore's, Glass Nickel, and Rocky Rococo's are all rated significantly higher than Falbo's. The ingredients are poor, the pizza is often served undercooked (I've ordered from them over five times) and the service is abysmal. The employees frequently curse at customers and I would be genuinely surprised if this establishment exists five years from this point without significant overhauls. I think they're worth a try but I wouldn't expect anyone to prefer them over a pizza hut or a little Caesars.

I really didn’t want to give it a four star because in reality it is a 5 Star place. Service is always been great except for today. I have never been treated the way I was treated today by someone that supposedly is the owner. I politely asked if he could not place pizza slices on top of each other, because in the past when I feed my kids, the cheese comes off onto the other slice. Normally they put this like parchment paper in between the slices. When I asked for the name of the person who was checking me out and getting our pizza slices. He said that he did not have to give me his name and I said that it would be important if I needed to give it to the owner, and he stated that he was an owner. I feel like if he was an owner of that establishment then he should not treated me that way or told me that he couldn’t give me his name and he should’ve been apologetic. I put my own stuff in bags. I put my own parchment paper in between my pizza slices. If I wouldn’t have had kids in the car, they were hungry and this is what we plan to have for dinner. I would’ve left and not even got anything from them just by the way that he treated me and made me feel. I have never felt this way ever from nobody in that establishment and I’ve been going there for well over 15 years. I was just not happy and I probably will never go back just for that one incident, ruined it.

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and mushroom pizza, cheesestix, and mozzarella sticks. The pizza and appetizers were ready when I arrived. When I got home everyone devoured more than one should, however the food was delicious. ?

A pizza joint in Madison that isn't upscale or a large chain! Been looking for something like this since I moved up from Chicago. Great 2 slice and drink deal for lunch for $6. Would definitely come for a whole pie next time when I have time.

Pizza excellent but too many peppers in Greek salad. Ordered curbside pickup but given no instructions. After order was due to be done I called and then my order was brought out quickly, however no knapkins nor utensils given.Vegetarian options: Salads and build your own pizza give lots of options.Parking: Can't park in front due to bus stop.
