Very nice laid back place but customer service was terrible. My drink wasn’t bad but coffee was old and very sweet. The guy who took my order was very rude.

Fancy drinks and overpriced breakfast with lavish descriptions. I’m not even greeted by the barista if they’re making a drink, I just wait awkwardly, not knowing where to sit / stand to wait to place my order. There’s a difference between a barista making your drink with love and just taking their sweet time. Based on the drinks I’ve gotten recently, I’d unfortunately say it’s the 2nd one. I’ll try a different place to become a regular.

It is a chain coffee shop in Madison. We are actually in another location but the coffee tastes great especially the special Miel latte. I also love the winter themed dog coffee cup. The decor of the shop gives a modern and clean feeling. I would also love to try the bakery next time.

The food is COLD!On a cold gloomy day, my latte was cold. Bad enough but not bad enough!I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It arrived cold. I asked for it to be heated up but apparently the oven was broken. I can understand but I couldn’t get a refund! I had to purchase another item (my husband was already eating so I felt I couldn’t leave). The barista was kind enough to bring it to our table but didn’t bring the silverware…..What a start to vacation….

I visited my usual location for my usual drink and snack. There were 3 issues:I ordered a half caffeine double espresso but was presented with a large cup of diluted espresso. Second, I bought a scone which was so hard I couldn't break it with both hands. Three, the revised drink was the size of a single espresso plus.I usually have a good experience there, not this visit.

This cafe has so much going for it but the ambiance is incredibly lacking. It is cold in Madison and Grace makes you feel even colder. There are three sets of doors that blow in cold air, and the floors and surfaces are cold and hard. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here in the winter if you, like me, are cold all the time. I get the feeling that they didn't invest much in this location. A bit more focus and concern for the ambiance might make it more appealing. I have only been here 20 min and want to leave.
Coffee is good, food is subpar. Flies everywhere in the summer so it feels dirty. They were great when they opened…. But it has really taken a dive. Plus, expensive for what you’re getting.

Went here to find a place to sit down for an interview. Grace has been one of my longtime favorite coffee shops. I had the French Toast with berries - the fruit was fresh and the food was delightfully warm. Definitely a place I recommend!

Food is good, coffee is good. But this location doesn't use buzzers, and doesn't announce your name when the food is ready. They just silently place it on a table. So if you're new, or not watching that table, prepare for cold food.
