We had a $100 gift certificate that we could not use. We are not from Madison so when we were there they were only doing carry out. We were told we could not use our gift certificate. The next time we went to Madison you were closed. Now you are closed for good. You were paid ahead so you should have honored it.I understand how Covid affected your business I really do. You left a bad impression on a lot of people..

A very disappointing experience. The server anniunced they do not permit a patron to ask for an appetizer, then a salad etc but must order all at once so the kitchen can decide when to serve it. The food was very odd, and limited in choices. Each was very expensive and not well, done. I had the scallops and short ribs. THe ribs were tough, stringy and very salty. Unpalatable. They were out of Sauvignon Blanc. The shrimp and grits were presented with two whole shrimp, which had to be peeled table side by the diner. Very big mess and the grits were water sogged. Table of six which Ii inciuded 7 drinks was $499.00. Tip was automatically included so no option to express our disappointment. Never going back.

This is our favorite restaurant in town. Every dish and charcuterie board is amazing.

We had the most wonderful dinner from Harvest tonight!! We had ribs with the most delicious sauce. They were moist, juicy and fall off the bone tender! The cheesy potatoes were a good compliment to the ribs and pickled vegetables. We have never been disappointed in a meal from Harvest during the pandemic and it is our "special " place to go, when we can dine in. Thank you Tami and staff!

I’d never eaten here before the pandemic, because I didn’t think I was fancy enough. Somehow got on their email list and their daily specials are consistently amazing! I’m try to get something from here a couple times a month.

Thinking about grabbing one of their to-go meals? Don't. There are a lot of great restaurants in Madison that are struggling right now. Harvest may be struggling but it's not a great restaurant and they absolutely FAIL at customer service. We ordered their popcorn chicken meal. I went to pick up our order and had to sit in the car for a half hour (no exaggeration), everything was cold, they forgot my wife's $7 soup, and when we called to let them know, the woman said, "We'll take care of it." and promptly hung up. I've since emailed and haven't received any response. SO disappointed.

Been going for years (anniversaries, bdays, graduations, romantic dinners, family dinners, restaurant week dinners, etc) and food was great and service okay. But after another customer's recent online complaint about online ordering was met with a nasty public rebuke from the owner, belittling the customer instead of teaching him how to order directly from her establishment rather than a 3rd party app, I won't be back to any of her restaurants and will be sharing my experience with others. It would appear she deleted the conversation, too! Rude and unprofessional.

Loved our Fall dinner; the soup and coq au vin were a perfect dinner; and as recommended, we saved the apple cake for the next day, which I enjoyed warm with butter pecan ice cream! Perfect Saturday/Sunday tandem; yeah!

Harvest is a nice, locally-owned restaurant with outstanding food. It's pricey, but not obnoxiously so. Our service wasn't the greatest. After a theatrical walk through the menu, our server disappeared for what felt like an eternity. We had to flag the bread guy down to get a couple of dinner rolls while we were waiting to order. When we finally got to order, things got better.

Date nights come no better than at Harvest. Great wine selection and superb personal service for such a friendly family of staff. A great venue for business meetings too and a one-of-a-kind gem in Madison.

Tried for the first time during the pandemic. Really quite delicious. Spiced carrot squash soup was flavored nicely. I was worried it would be hot-spicey, but it was flavorful, more nutmeg-type. Very creamy. Had artichoke butter lettuce salad which was extremely nice. Light on cheese but had a very generous amount of bacon. Small portion of dressing that was delicious--might be worth asking for another, as it seemed like the salad had a whole head of butter lettuce. Had it with coq au vin, which was nice. More chicken than I expected (breast, thigh/leg) but light on the mashed potatoes. The mushrooms were heavenly. Tried the bourbon butterscotch for dessert. I liked the homemade whipped cream. The pudding was very smooth and creamy (sometimes a trick with homemade) and the bourbon subtle. Nice, homey flavors. Price was reasonable, considering the local, organic focus, but there was a $10 fee (and then an additional tip) that made it a bit more pricey than I would have expected, $53 for what seemed like a soup, salad, entree and dessert. Still, the generous proportions made up for it, because we ended up splitting it between two people and were satisfied (granted, not huge eaters). It looked like the dining room is sophisticated, with a nice atmosphere. Much nicer than my kitchen! Maybe another time. Nice service, masked staff, food packaged well.
