We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. Paused delivery to UW Hospital for 2 weeks for some reason, did not get a reply when I inquired on their feedback form. Today I ordered and it said a notification that deliveries may be delayed, it arrived in 10 minutes!

This particular JJ's did everything I asked. I made a very complicated custom order, and they followed it to every point. My custom sub was absurd, but they did it anyway, and it was exactly what I wanted. Just absolutely perfect, delicious, and the staff were so accommodating. These folks know how to make a cold sandwich. Spend your money here. And make sure to tip them!!!
