We were in town for the WIAA boys tournament. We parked and had a great lunch at Jordans and great service by Lacey. We then took the shuttle to the Kohl Center and back. Highly recommend stopping in for some great food and service.

I’ve been taking the badger shuttle for years. Well this time I’m the way there I was told there was a couple buses to the game. Well after the game myself and my 7 friends got left behind! The bus driver only made one trip! I called, guy on the phone said he couldn’t reach the driver. So we all walked back to Jordan’s. No one has reached out to me, not even an apology or a gift card for making us all walk. Going on day 4 of no calls! The one guy I spoke with took zero responsibility and even said the shuttle wasn’t affiliated. And no we all did hurry to the bus. And that’s after my table dropped over $300 in food and drinks. Mistakes happen! Just how do you try to fix it? Well they haven’t. So that’s why I’m posting this.

Jordan's is one of the best bars in the city. An excellent food menu with daily food specials, not to mention a Friday Fish Fry that could rival anyone else in Madison! An awesome atmosphere for any Wisconsin sporting event with Badger football GameDays being the crown jewel. Super friendly staff and just general great vibes any day of the week. I really can't recommend this place enough!
