The wait staff is great, the food always hits the spot when craving Mexican food. The chips and salsa are one of my favorite things about Laredo's.There's a waitress there that always remembers my order and double checks to make sure I won't be ordering something different ?.
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the (near) Madison area. The food is reliably good and the service is fast.

Laredo's is a very consistently good restaurant. When someone says I'm in the mood for Mexican, this is the first place I think of in the Madison area. There are plenty of menu options and the food comes out fast and tastes good. We were just there last week and all three people loved their meals.

Meh, food is mediocre at best, and the waitress could be more friendly. Probably won't be back.
We order food from here two times and both times is was an awful experience. My wife ordered chimichangas with chicken. Which is a fried burrito then covered in red, green or white sauce. Hers was not fried and by the time she got it it was a wet soggy flour mess. I ordered hard shell chicken tacos. I picked the 1st one up to eat it and the chicken had socked through the corn tortilla and it all fell out onto the plate. Both times I did get my meals refunded and we sent the food back. We went to Taco Bell and had a wonderful dining experience for less. And I'd like to add the chicken was incredibly dry the chicken at Costco is moist and delicious they should buy it there in bulk and use it in their dishes and add a little Mexican seasoning you'd get more customers. Don't dumb it down for " Madison taste buds" they can go to Chi Chi's and Chili's.

First time and last time we come, they don't serve you well, it seems like they don't want to sell because they limit you to what you order to eat.

Food is okay nothing out of the ordinary.Waitress was a little rude . Not polite at all,If they’re getting good tips since they’re included in the bill they should at least smile.

We ordered delivery and I paid over 20.00 for chicken fajitas and received enough chicken for one tortilla and the rest was all onions and peppers. Over priced for what little food you get. I won’t be ordering again from here.
