They sell various types of tea. There are a variety of drinks that are not easily available, such as matcha latte, matcha lemonade, and tea-infused soda. We drank the matcha soy milk latte and hojicha latte at the recommendation of the owner. It was not an ordinary sweet latte, but a drink with a strong intention to bring out the natural taste of the tea. My wife said it tasted like rice flour, perhaps because it was soy milk. The matcha brownie had a strong chocolate flavor, so it just tasted like a brownie. The owner seems to have deep knowledge of cars. They sell not only tea leaves but also tea ceremony equipment, and the prices seemed reasonable.

Really cool tea shop with a counter and retail section. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. No laptops are allowed so the vibes are cozy.

Great selection, especially for pu'erh tea. I love being able to drop in and support a local business when I realize my tea stash is getting low and don't have time to wait for shipping from some other online retailer (although I have taken advantage of Teasider's website to send gifts to tea-loving friends & family). We also really like their bakery boxes for special occasions. It's become a "family tradition" to eat a light dinner, open the bakery box, and split everything 6-ways. Our family of 5 tries a bite of everything, and then each of us gets to pick a favorite to have that last bite. Fights often ensue.

Hands down, one of my favorite local businesses to support. I appreciate the carefully selected high quality teas and teaware. The baked goods when available are so unique and delicious. Thank you Teasider for a wonderful experience, every time.

I Have visited the place several times to stock up on loose leaf tea. I like the variety, plus they always have a little something different to try every time. Staff have been friendly and helpful, and the descriptions of the teas are understandable and actually match what they taste like.I also wanted to thank the owner(s?) for being so attentive when I visited with my 95 year old grandpa most recently. I know the fact that it wasn't busy at the time made this possible, but you listened to his tea stories and checked on us while we drank tea at the window. It's not an accessible building, unfortunately. Probably would have to rip the whole front off to make room for a ramp. I appreciate you helping him down the stairs when we left. That meant a lot to me, and Papa had lots of good things to say about your shop.

Originally I had avoided indulging in this place because it seemed so cool and hipster-like that I assumed the prices would err on the side of pretentious. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! Very affordable and delicious!!! Kind and calm service. And the honey mochi cakes are delectable. Even the loose leaf tea packages are not super expensive like one might think for a fancy tea shop downtown.
