I always check my order before I pay. It's a good thing I did tonight. Half my order would have been missing. Ordered nuggets and they offer sauce but didn't get it. If this store wasn't on my way home, I wouldn't go here. Bad service and by the other reviews on here, they just don't care. Can't even drive thru without people standing outside begging. Try to call and their phone is disconnected.

The employees at night sit around and talk instead of take care of the customers. I ordered my food. The worker served it off the screen then proceeded to ask me what I ordered. They then handed me half of my order, so I had to go back through the drive thru. I then asked if I could get new fries because I was sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes. I got parked for another 9 minutes before my fries were brought out to me. By that time all the food was cold. Horrible experience.

Kid-friendliness: It doesn't have a play area, but they have a good selection for kids meals, not worth the price though sadly.... Honestly last Happy meal I bought my friend I think they got like four fries in the fry cup....Wheelchair accessibility: They are definitely wheelchair accessible so it's easy for people to get in and out they also accept service dogs which I really appreciate

Horrible service, I placed an online order for pickup up , they gave it out to someone with the same name , after the lady the lady told me I was lieing and then I had to wait for them to remake it ,and recieved no compensation, called back the manager said he would mail me a voucher 2 months now ,still

I ordered food on the mobile app, got my confirmation email and headed to pick up my food. I was informed upon arrival that my order was cancelled. I pulled up my email and bank statement to show that I was charged for the meal they say was cancelled. I went into the store to speak with the manager inquiring as to what happens next. After the manager insisted I wasn't charged I asked for information on who she is and how I file a complaint. The manager started writing down a phone number for me to call on a napkin. I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me. I asked her why she wouldn't tell me her name. She spoke a bunch of Spanish to her coworkers,looked at me, than said "ok, I'm calling the cops." The police never showed up and my lunch break was too short to wait any longer. I suppose when all your good at is working at fast food with clearly no people skills I'd have a chip on my shoulder to. I'd expect this behavior from children at these places but not adults.

Phone is out of service??? You can’t even call the store. They messed up my order and gave me less than what I paid for. Food was cold and looked like it wasn’t very fresh. Didn’t give me the sauces that were requested. I’ve worked in a McDonald’s before and I know it isn’t hard to read a screen or to correctly hand out the right food to the right people. I was a child working there and these are grown adults. Do better

Not specifically this McDonald’s fault BUT we ordered on the app, pulled in drive thru at 1029 and was told we couldn’t get our food as it just switched to breakfast at 10:30… used all my points and never got them back nor did we get any food.
