I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. I only received one patty. On top of that, they gave me the correct box for the burger. I called and had to leave a message. This is just insane. The West side restaurants do this all the time. One needs to check the order when they get it. I just cannot believe they had the correct box but the wrong burger. I wonder if the problem is a language barrier?
Went here at about 1230 am. The guy taking my order was super short with me and kept asking anything else? After every item without letting me finish my sentence. He rolled his eyes when I asked for a cup holder for our drinks and then he mumbled something to me. I asked, I'm sorry, what did you say? And he literally yells at me; move to window #2! I then waited for 5 minutes for cold food. Usually this place is super friendly, so maybe it was a one off but I didn't understand...read full review

The McDonald's location is decent, very clean, and suitable for kids to play, but their food service is lacking. I wasn't impressed with their service; for instance, when I requested ice cream, they initially claimed the machine wasn't working, but then offered to substitute it with apple pie or cookies.
