Staff was amazing. Wife ordered a sandwich not realizing the bacon would be cold which she doesn’t like. She knew and admitted it was her own fault but staff was completely accommodating and made her a new sandwich no cost. Hasn’t been to millions in quite a while but will be stopping in again for sure.
We love Milio's on Johnson Street in Madison!! The sandwiches are amazing!! The bread is so good and all the ingredients are super fresh. They are very friendly and make our subs exactly as we like them.

Sandwich was 5 star - as a paying customer not allowed to use the restroom before eating is a 0 star experience so really this should be a 2.5 Really wish I could reach scross the counter and take my $1 back from the tip jar.
