I was planning an event here and the professionalism was not very good. I came to the venue early to get an ideal of how the place would look. The staff present could not speak English well, looked overworked and were upset with many of my questions I asked. When I requested a manager I interpreted from the woman's body language no one was there. The karaoke rooms look old and very much outdated. Its a shame as a patron what I had to go through to have an event here, due to the language barriers, unprofessionalism and miscommunication on my reserved slot I canceled altogether. Manager needs to do better. The lady who I spoke with looked so stressed, poor lady I feel for her.

The food is great and the staff is very friendly. I would make a suggestion, maybe have chicken pho available, I'm not big on beef.. just an idea

This place is amazing! Great atmosphere and even better food! The service is always friendly and prompt, and we have made it a tradition to stop in any time we attend a game. Best Sake bombs around! Sake Sake Sake! Nam Nam Nams!

Went here for my first time today drove a half hour to get this and this is all I got from meat never again I paid 20 something dollars for noodles supposed to be beef and brisket

The restaurant itself is very nice looking with dim lights while eating. It's one of those place you can just walk in and get a table. That said, the food was alright. The food was authentic but everything tasted off. Some of the food tasted either lack a flavor you traditionally expect or taste like a bit too much fish sauce or MSG. The service was decent to go along with its theme. Sometime you get a nice sever and sometime you don't, which is nothing unusual. What's unusual is the restaurant is sometimes booked for a private event, yes the whole restaurant, without any signs or notices at the entrance. Several times my friends and I wanted to eat here only to find out the whole restaurant is booked. It's an alright place to eat but without anything special to differentiate it from other restaurants that makes it standout.

Karaoke rooms are fun for small groups. A lot of the music and system controls are really dated but still a lot of fun. The food here is what brings this review down. You have to search for the meat in the sandwiches and there is no original flavor either. If you enjoy chewing on soggy buns with lettuce, this is the place to eat. If the owners are reading this, please hear me out, no one dines in here anymore, consider renovating that space to include more KTV rooms and update all the faulty equipment!

This WAS my favorite place until today. My friend and I went here today and we’re getting ready to order and we were practically kicked out. Told they don’t serve food inside it’s only for karaoke and to get take out only. The lady was a little bit rude repeating herself over and over that they don’t serve and “we take with only” as if we didn’t hear her the first and grabbed our things to go. She kept on saying it as we walked out the door. We found a place that at least HAS chicken pho and boba tea and we were retreated decently.THAT is my new favorite place. I won’t be coming back to this place again. I don’t know if it’s cuz we are white or what ??♀️. But was never treated like this in the past.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken to be delivered for lunch, order arrived 40 minutes past the estimated arrival time and without the sweet and sour sauce. Called restaurant to see about refund or sending the sauce and was hung up on.

My family booked a karaoke room for my husbands birthday. We were a little early and they told us to leave. We stood outside, kind of awkwardly chatting. Once we got allowed to come in, we were directed to a sound proof room with comfy seating around a large table. A huge screen that we could all see. The staff showed us everything we need to make it a great time! We did not try the food, looked like carryout only, despite the website listing dine in as an option. My first time doing karaoke, and probably the only setting I would ever do it in.
