I love their food been going to then since they were on Old University Ave. Some dishes has changed which sucks. But this visit one of the dishes was horrible the chicken had a lot of fat on it. So didn't eat it. Server never asked how it was. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of tables. Just a very tight spot small dining area.

Very basic. Disappointed. The owner didn’t even greet us, no please, thank you…nothing. So business like it didn’t seem he was interested in common courtesies. Spend your $$somewhere else.

If you're in the mood for some traditional Korean food this place should meet your needs. Not a lot of side dishes come with your entree; be sure to order more.

I taught English in South Korea so crave good Korean food. This place hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but a good quick spot to get a traditional Korean meal.

Small family restaurant with good food. Good service with every table full.

The food is just fine, and it's not that kind to kids when they are playing or couldn't sit still in the highchair.Kid-friendliness: Not kind to kids

New Soul is a great Korean restaurant on Madison’s West side close to Middleton. It’s just off Old Sauk Road near the Madison Public Library branch. This is a small restaurant with table service - served by the kind and friendly owner. The menu is comprehensive but not huge. It has all the essential Korean dishes. We enjoy the chopchai (sp?) and bulgogi. The potato side dishes are very popular. We highly recommend New Soul for sit down with friends and family. Parking is easily available and free in the outside lot. Meals typically run $15-$30 each person. You can probably eat for more or less depending upon taste.Parking: Strip mall parking lot with plenty of spots.

Not recommended. Order Japchae, it was so bland and very few pieces of beef. Can't believe they charge $17 for this. The seasoned deep fried chicken is Ben worst. I would call it a fraudulent item as it's not deep fried, and the seasoning it's just some sweet peanut source not the authentic Korean one. It's overpriced for sure
