Our waitress was the downer for our past visit. She didn't know the menu, gave us false information, wasn't attentive, and really fell flat as a waitress. Hopefully we don't get her again on our next visit.

This is bull. Olive Garden menu shows a picture of tiarmisu in the menu which looks nothing like the pic on the left and cost $8.95. I told the manager who was sporting a beard and he excused the unseemly flattened piece. He made excuses and told me it was the portion size. I went to pic n save bakery in Fitchburg and bought a good looking piece for $4.49. Manager did nothing to make it right. All he did was defend the indefensible. I also posted a picture from Olive Garden Menu of Tiarimisu. I called Olive Garden Customer Relations and they said the manager was not following company norms and they gave me a $25 Olive Garden Gift card.
Our waitress was on point! I never had to ask for anything because she came back to the table every 7 mins to ask if we were okay and had some of the itmes with her so there was no I will bring it right back just give me 5 minutes type deal. Would eat here
