Such a fabulous way to spend a morning. A Madison grown, owned, and operated environment. Hard to find these days!!Such a beautifully classic breakfast experience! From the fresh squeezed oj (yes FRESH SQUEEZED) to the flavors of the hollandaise and the most fluffy did-my-grandma-make-these type of pancakes!!The service was wonderful. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

The only reason I'm going to give them 3 stars is because the taste of thefood was really good. How ever it was not hot and fresh. It was like it was precooked. The only thing that came out that was hot was the baked apple pancake. Everything else was kind of cool to lukewarm warm at best, like it had been sitting out for a while. Personally I believe most of it was precooked and not cooked to order. I am new to Madison and I wasn't impressed. I think next time I'll just go to Denny's!

The food was absolutely delicious! Service was fast and food came out steaming. Drinks were great, got a cappuccino and orange juice that was clearly not a concentrate, which I appreciate. Our server, Holly, was so nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean with a pleasing atmosphere. 10 out of 10, would come
as far as breakfast is concerned, pancake Cafe is just your average place. Nothing bad but nothing memorable either.
