This is a small location lol located in an older building near Madison's downtown area. Parking could be difficult depending on what time of day you decide to visit. They always have my pizza waiting and if I have to wait a minute or two they advise me accordingly. The pizza is always hot and fresh which is a plus.
We had an issue with the register not accepting my reward point and courtney the manager was truly amazing tonight! She was not only patient but extremely understanding and made me feel at ease with asking for my money back. She had a smile on her face the entire time and she was extremely genuine, that is rare in the restaurant industry. Thank you Courtney!!

The management here is super awesome I had an issue and he reached out to fix my issue and I appreciate the fact that he called to not only validate the issue I felt was occurring but to ensure me that that is not the case. I will continue going to the Park St location where they care❤️
