The building is totally gone as of 4/5/2023. IF they reopen as a drive thru/carry out place as rumored, I hope they get rid of their obnoxious manager who has been lying to the neighborhood for months about their ability to fill orders at all.

I have ordered from Pizza Hut for years living in Fitchburg WI. Now that I am a resident to the Pizza Hut located on the westside off of Mineral Point Rd. Lets just say they need some people who love their job, and have better customer service.I order my food off line. Never had issue from Fitch Hatchery Pizza Hut in Fitchburg, but Mineral Point Pizza Hut. I was quite taken back when the person answering the phone exclaim, " I never gave you a time when he will be back." So there for, you don't care when to return with my order which was over $52.85 and included a tip. WOW!Now I am concern because my money will be jeopardy not to be return. Why. The transaction is currently pending. Chase process the cancelations as refund while the original transaction is still pending it cancels out without increasing the balance in the account. Then you hear all these absurd explanations from the bank and merchant. When its a simple error and the merchant simply needs to refund the transaction again. I'm sick of it. I don't care if I have to go to court.

Ordered 25 pizzas for a school function, manager helped take this order conveniently over the phone to incorporate our tax exempt status. Pizzas were delivered right on time, excellent service.

They don't deserve any stars. I ordered a pizza to be picked up at the curbside. I arrived on time and called the phone listed on the parking spot. Nothing... None picked up the phone after two tries. Then I decided to pick it up at the restaurant and it took at least 5 more minutes to get it. Bad attitude from the lady at the counter and not even a simple apology for the bad service. Never again. Last time I order from them.

There was some confusion about an online order yesterday afternoon and the afternoon crew listened and really went out of their way to help me out. Big thanks to the cashier/curb side person and the manager. You two are spectacular and I hope somebody sees this and gives you recognition. These people are busting their butts in the kitchen, walking into the freezing cold and over slippery snow and ice trying to please us as customers and deserve respect, graditude, and generous tips. Thanks afternoon staff!!!

Usual pizza hut products. However, they left an ingredient off of one of the pizzas. If it had not been New Years eve, I would have called them. But, I imagine that they were very busy.

Sorry but i didn't like our pizza i asked for special accommodations and didn't get it i am so disappointed like really the only thing to perfection was the boneless barbecue chicken. ??‍♀️Guys come on now. Too much dry crust round the edges & pizza it self. Spread the love (toppings)out more to the edges. Pretty plz!

Preordered at noon for delivery at 6pm. 6:15 the app says my order is still being made. I tried calling the store for an hour and no one picked up. My order just sat in “your order is being made”. No one called me to say the order would be late.The call center told me to call the store directly because they were open.Finally got a refund talking to a call center after getting embarrassingly angry at the fact that they said “call the store” and no one at the store picks up!Worst service.

The last 2 times I went here the cheese was perfect! It was bordering on “extra cheese” nothing makes a pregnant woman more happy than a very cheesy pizza!

I can't say enough good about this store. They have consistently delivered the quality I would expect from Pizza Hut 30 years ago. They have reminded me why I love Pizza Hut. I have yet to be disappointed with any order and have not received anything but stellar service since I moved to Madison early this year. I cant say that about many other restaurants including other Pizza Huts

The management of this location is always top notch. Any time we've had something missing, something arriving cold or wrong, or even when we made mistakes with the order... they've always made it right.Great folks - favorite place to get wings, of all things lol

I have gotten two small pizzas when I ordered two medium. I tried to contact them as soon as I opened the box, but it seems like they have turned off their phone for the night (it’s 8:30pm and they don’t close until 11pm) and have left us with no way to contact the store. I know they are small pizzas because they are tiny (!) and can only handle 6 slices; whereas a medium I have ordered before has 8.

I can see why this place seems to be almost going out of business!Years ago I used to visit this location occasionally and never had any issues. Last night we decided to order pizza for carryout because it was quick and very reasonably priced.I ordered pizza online using the website. The website specifies a "left" and "right" half of the pizza. I have a very picky family member who won't eat cheese, so I put in a note to leave cheese off the right half of the pizza (my online order specified the toppings on that half). Well, lo and behold, the cheese was left off the wrong half of the pizza - in the store's defense, it looks like the right and left halves are called "A" and "B" at the store. So - my first complaint which is only half attributable to the staff (why didn't they call me to ask which half the "right half" was?)We arrived a little early to pick up the pizza, and there's a sign saying to call for carryout. So, I called, and the person working stated that my order would be done in 4-5 minutes and they would bring it out to me. So we waited. We waited maybe 15 minutes, then my husband said to go in and see if it was ready. It was, and had been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Don't say you're going to bring it out if you're not! The person should have told me to come in in 4-5 minutes, which I would have been happy to do.Finally, the food quality has really gone down. The crust was completely flavorless (we ordered hand tossed and have in the past) and the cheese bread seemed old - the cheese just came off in giant chunks rather than being melted on.Overall, a disappointing experience. We'll try someone else next time.
