Ordered on the app (first time). The order wasn't ready on time. When I got there there was a pretty big line. After a bit, someone asked if I was waiting for an order. I confirmed (name/order#). They began making it and proceeded to hand it off. The food was okay -- not the warmest but was fine.

East side location, tried to get an order from someone that didn’t really speak English tried for like 5 minutes to tell him what I wanted and he couldn’t get what I was saying! I just thru my hands up and walked out without getting any kind of order!!!!! It’s the front of house you should have someone in that spot that can speak better English for us English speaking folks!!!!

It's a good day
I finally stopped and tried the new wings with the sweet and spicy sauce. I also ordered the shrimp box with beans and rice. Wow! Everything came to me hot and crispy. I love that the wings wasn’t completely drenched in the sauce. The only complaint I have is that they gave me the wrong sides so I had to get back in line, which took another 5-10 mins

I don’t recommend this location, last night I got wings to go and after eating a few found hair and it was on multiple pieces. After my terrible experience wanted to call and notify a manager about it when I did she wasn't helpful or seem like she even cared at all about it and then hung up on me. I was only going to tell her Im going to be calling corporate and hang up anyways. Most likely just to go visit KFC thats about the same distance away next time! Wont be returning.

I ordered using the online app and my food was ready very quickly and accurately upon checking in via the drive-thru. I really like the new wings, especially since they come in many heat/spice levels and flavors. The Cajun fries were a good complement to the spicy wings I ordered, being not too spicy themselves. The only minor issue is that the online app let me order Coke Zero for my drink, but they only offer Diet Coke at this restaurant.

I ordered an extra side paid for it got home was not in the bag was not happy about it don't think I will visit again
The food wasn't that bad, everything was warm. But there was a scammer harassing people.They kept begging people for money and food, claiming they were homeless. Once they were finished they stepped outside and pulled out a phone, proceeded to change clothes, and pretended they were blind next.The atmosphere got uncomfortable.
Got food poisned. Not clean food at all.
