Eve

Visited today for Easter brunch. Not our first visit. As always, love the atmosphere and the food. Staff are always very pleasant. The amount and variety of food is well above average. There were 7 meats being carved at the table today. Ham, pork, chicken, sausage, lamb and two types of beef. In addition to the cinnamon dusted pineapple. All were excellent. The buffet food was very good with a few small exceptions. The lamb ragu was not good. The noodles were very overcooked and mushy. The breakfast potatoes were also way overdone. However, all the salads, the eggs, bacon, very large shrimp, cheeses, veggies and all the desserts were definitely on point. As a matter of fact I tried 9 desserts and 8 of them were excellent. My husband said his brandy old fashioned was excellent. I initially ordered a chocolate martini (my ho to drink) and it was NOT good. I asked our waitress to take it away and bring me a sparkling wine (the sweetest they offer) instead. Honestly, not impressed with that either but by that point I'd given up on getting a good drink. That was disappointing considering we used to get good chocolate martinis here in the past. All in all it was a nice meal and we will be back again. But I really hope they can figure out the bar/drink situation before we return as I generally have 2-3 drinks per meal.

Never tried Brazilian bbq before so was interested to try at Samba! Overall quality of the food was decent but not sure if i'd go again considering the price. Enjoyed the diversity of options at the salad bar, some meat cuts were definitely better than others-- i recommend the andouille sausage, the pineapple, and the top sirloin. Service was intermittent but I didn't mind since i'm more of a slow eater. Wish there was more lighting, felt like I was gonna trip walking back to my table lol

It really felt like I was at a hotel buffet. The lamb stew and the grilled pinapple was good. I just can’t believe I paid $140 for what I got. Why did I tip the server? All she did was bring me a sprite, literally that’s it. I got all my own food. I definitely did not get my money’s worth. There is also parking right next door which the person who I called to set up reservations did not inform me of. So instead we paid for parking 3 blocks away. It was nothing I expected.

I personally don’t think the quality of the meat worth the price. Tried it once for fun but will go to somewhere like Tornado room for better steak!

Top notch. Excellent salad bar. And the meat. Lord the delicious meat. I also suggest the pineapple. Samba is in my top 3, possibly my favorite.

The only thing that was iffy was that i'm you really couldn't see (it was a lil dark) what you were eating. The food was great though, the severs/waiters were great and friendly!

Everything was amazing, except for the fact that nobody took into account that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, and made previous arrangements for him to be greeted with a birthday drink and sung to neither of which happened not so much as even a happy birthday was said. Everyone we encountered at the restaurant was extremely friendly, and how far and wonderful at their job. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was pretty good too. We will be back, but not to celebrate special occasions.

All meat (except chicken) was very rare. Normally I will eat medium or even medium rare but it was barely cooked so unfortunately I was barely able to eat the meat but decent salad bar thankfully

Samba is fantastic. All of the meat was sooo good and the salad bar was also fantastic. They label everything on the salad bar with tags saying what it is and a gf for gluten free which is wonderful!! They also label df for dairy free I believe too. We got a bottle of wine while waiting for our table and the bartender carried ot upstairs for us when we were seated which was great. The grilled Pineapple is a MUST! The service was great, as soon as we flipped our thing to green people were there quickly with meat.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options on the hot ans cold salad bar. All meat seasoning is gluten free!

Be sure you know what a Brazillian Grill is! The selection of meat is amazing and the table side service is unique. I love the salad bar. Salad bar doesn't really even begin to describe the array of offerings. The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere is just right for a night dining out and being able to have conversation at your table. Parking is a pain with little public parking or street parking available, at least on weekends. Just be aware of the prices as well. It is a higher end dining experience. Overall, I would recommend it for a unique higher end dining experience.

The overall experience was 5/5, the noise level being low was nice because it helped my spouse and I to be able to talk and hear each other clearly. The very dim lights made it a little difficult to read drink menus or properly see the food while being served, but that little thing doesn't kill any of the overall vibe. Wait staff was awesome. Will definitely be back again
