Got yelled at and berated through the drive thru intercom for asking about Baja blast. Apparently the employee had more to say as they opted to open the sliding window to continue yelling as I drove by.I will not go back to this Taco Bell because I do not enjoy being yelled at by teenagers.

Placed a mobile order while I was in the drive-through because I like using my rewards from the app. A female manager jumped in once she heard and told me that I cannot be doing that and instructed me to wait five minutes until the order “comes through”. I’ve been using the app regularly and I have never had an issue placing a mobile order 30 seconds or less before I show up to the window. She should not be managing, if she is even a manager.

The food is always good. The service and the staff at this restaurant always go above and beyond, so friendly, professional, and extremely polite no matter the situation . Great team of people ?
If I could leave zero stars I would. Service is terrible, employees were rude and they forgot two of my tacos. They seem very confused and they all look like working at Taco Bell is very complicated.

We ordered food for delivery my girlfriend can’t eat cheese so we made sure there was no cheese on her tacos we got the food and there was cheese on the tacos we called the restaurant and they told us to come through the drive through and they would remake the tacos when we did so the very rude lady at the window told us we should have came inside and if we wanted our tacos we would have to pay again when she then asked one of her coworkers he then confirmed they where supposed to remake the tacos but she just through her arms up in disgust and said we should have came inside handed me my card and closed the window and walked away I will never spend another dollar at this store
