Normally I will only eat at the hotel restaurant if I need something quick. I ate here a few nights during my stay. Will who worked the bar was amazing. He was tentative, joyful and talked to everyone. He created a great atmosphere. I ordered a burger my first day. It was juicy and flavorful and the fried were perfection. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I didnt expect much but OMG it was so flavorful, a kick of spice and so cheesy. I will likely order another one before my trip is up. If you are staying at the Sheraton in Madison I recommend checking out the Hub and hanging out at the bar for a while. It's just a nice vibe and food is really good. Complements to the chef.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, friendly and fast service, and awesome food. The Ultimate grilled cheese and truffle fries were great!! My husband had the Smashed burger and enjoyed that as well.

This is a standard hotel bar restaurant, which is exactly what I wanted and expected. My wife and I ordered the steak, which was listed as 10oz but looked bigger when it arrived. It was cooked as requested and was tasty, as were the sides.I’d recommend the restaurant for hotel guests.

I stayed here a few nights and every night the bar staff and food was amazing! Surprisingly for a hotel. The bartender were attentive, made great food recommendations and let me customize the order. Last night here I ordered salmon and extra veg instead of the farro I wanted extra veg. The chef Jacob can put to confirm what veg I wanted and knocked it out of the park!!! It was super super super YUM! Thanks Jacob! You can tel you have a passion for food.

The hub is a great hotel lobby bar. The bartenders, Jennifer, and I believe Allie, we're wonderful during our stay. The hotel was totally booked for the dairy show and the Michigan game, but it felt like everyone got great service. BTW, the cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. Definitely going to stay at Sheraton Madison next time just so I can chill at The Hub!!!

My boss and I were staying at the Sheraton while we were in town. We ordered the curds, fries and drinks. The drinks were perfect, the curds were cheesy and light and crispy. The fries were so good! The staff was so nice and accommodating to all of the visitors. They have a new patio and it was a great spot to enjoy!
