The food is undercooked or overcooked. The ice cream cone is old and stale. The only thing that was good was the actual ice cream. My silverware was dirty. I had to eat my ice cream with the back of a fork that I had them wash in front of me.

YOU’LL BE FORCE TO PAY AND LEAVE WITHIN 10 minutes! The server force us to pay and eye us down to leave WHILE we’re still eating and getting our food!! We weren’t even full yet and barely get to enjoy our food. I could give 0 star I would. Food taste very old and hard, not even fresh. The service was so poor!!! If you want to be told to leave and be forced to stop eating then this is the place for you.

The parking lot being full of vehicles is deceiving. When entering, there were very few diners, but a steady stream of workers, in and out of the kitchen, sometimes accompanied by what appeared to be friends while stocking the buffet.The warming tables used to keep the buffet foods hot are poor, if that. There is an abundance of offerings, but a lot of it appeared to have been reheated and served. The dumplings were dried out and hard on the outside. Our server took our drink order and picked up our finished plates without checking to see if we were needing drink refills. He bought our check to the table without a thank you, or please come again. The carpet appears to be from when the building was first built and never cleaned. Yuck.

Food is always good! Great service! My only complaint is that whenever I get soup, I have to check several bowls to make sure it's thoroughly clean or smooth inside that particular bowl.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment where kids feel special because they can serve themselves safely!

Customer service was good. Fairly ample variety of food, but it wasn't anything to write home about. Will not rule out a second visit, maybe at dinner time, but chances are slim to none it will be in the very near future. Full disclosure: This was the second Chinese restaurant I've visited since arriving in Madison. Both were equally lacking. I get the feeling there may not be any good Chinese food in this area.
