Very cold . . .but to be fair I think their furnace was having issues.A large empty room. Some couches or conversation areas might be nice but I'm sure it's kept open to be flexible. Just my opinion

Beautiful. Accommodating. Great bar service. Helpful. Owner is nice, but also formidable. Good place if you need to DIY event.

My husband and I got married at The Loft in October 2023. Our experiences throughout the wedding process had its ups and downs, but unfortunately the downs are weighing much more heavily with the Loft.We had signed the contract that entailed us having a day of coordinator that we met with in February, and had a final meeting with in August. We showed up to our August meeting to find out the coordinator we were working with was fired, and no one had told us. That invoked some anxiety, but Michelle later explained she would be taking the reins on the coordinator’s responsibilities. We talked with Michelle about recent reviews we saw about “wet dance floors” because I am one who is prone to spills here and there. Michelle told us not to worry, that we’d be fine, that she only has charged extra after a wedding in one extreme case where the floor was flooded and chairs were broken. We had let them know weeks in advance we wanted to use the day of set up service, during our rehearsal dinner they said they had no record of us wanting this service, but agreed to still honor it and sent us a new invoice (understandable, as apparently we weren’t charged for this service yet).A week after our wedding we received an email regarding a $250 invoice that needed to be paid. After emailing Michelle to ask what this charge was for she responded “it took her staff an extra couple of hours of cleaning, but she was only charging us for one hour”We had spills throughout the night (as anticipated) where I, THE BRIDE, got a towel from the bar and cleaned up the dance floor. We had taken all of our belongings out by 11:30, when we had until 12:00, and asked Michelle numerous times if there was anything else we could do before leaving for the night. She reassured us that everything was taken care of and we were okay to go enjoy the rest of our night. It’s very unclear to us what could’ve taken so long to clean. After asking for clarification, Michelle said “the feedback she received was it required an extra hour of mopping” … mopping that is to be expected after a wedding. These emails were misleading as the first one made it seem like she was cutting us a deal only charging us for one hour, when in fact it was ONLY one hour.We asked for an itemized bill because it seemed absurd to us. Michelle did not respond, and 12 days later charged our card without our consent. After this experience, I don’t recommend having your wedding here. Unfortunately, it seems like they were trying to take advantage of us and charging us extra afterwards, hoping we wouldn’t ask questions. It's unfortunate this series of events happened because it left a poor taste with us, when up until this point we had barely any complaints working with The Loft.

We really can’t say enough good things about the Loft at 132! We had our wedding here in October and we had the best experience. Michelle gave us our first venue tour when we were looking at places to have our wedding. She sat us down, gave us a drink on the house and said “Okay, so this is what you need to ask on your venue tours.” From the beginning, we could tell the Michelle was someone who simply cares about others, regardless of doing business with them or not. It was for this reason, as well as the simply beautiful space, that we chose this venue.Throughout the planning process we had excellent communication, and day of Michelle was on site making sure everything ran to plan. Bill was also such a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond being the bar manager and made us feel so welcome and celebrated! Bill and Michelle simply could not be kinder people. We had the time of our lives on our wedding day, and we could not be happier that we chose The Loft. We strongly recommend that you host an event here because our experience was phenomenal from the gorgeous space and service we had throughout our entire planning experience.

Our company used The Loft At 132 for our Holiday Party in December. We decided to do this 4 months out, which is a very tight window. Yet we stumbled across this place and has blown us away every time! They are very accommodating and very customizable with the bar, layouts, etc. Michelle, the coordinator, answered all my questions and was easy to talk to! The bartenders were great with our group and I heard a lot of compliments from people about them. The event went amazing and she even suggested the catering company that we used which was great as well!

We had a birthday celebration with 50 people at the Loft at 132, and it was a terrific place. Michelle was great to work with and our guests were so impressed with the venue. Great place for a small party and would use it again.

The Loft at 132 was the perfect place for our wedding reception and we are so happy we made that choice! The owners and venue coordinator were amazing to work with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We had our cocktail hour on the beautiful rooftop and had dinner and dancing on the second floor. Everything was set up just as I requested and looked beautiful. Highly recommend The Loft at 132!

We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Loft at 132 in June 2023. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the perfect space to celebrate our big day with our loved ones. Our total guest count ended up being around 150 people and that size group easily fit into the space. We had our ceremony on the rooftop and were originally also going to host the cocktail hour up there as well, but it ended up being too hot so we had the cocktail hour and reception on the main floor. But as the night went on and the weather cooled down a bit, our guests absolutely loved going up to the roof to enjoy the views and space.By far one of the best parts about working with The Loft was the day of coordinator who works for the venue, Rachel. Throughout the planning process, Rachel was on top of everything--coordinating with vendors, answering our million questions, and helping to ensure our special day went as smoothly as possible.Would definitely recommend working with The Loft at 132 for your wedding day!Photos by Ally Corinne Photography.

We booked 3 nights here. The hotel needs some serious updates. The carpet is coming up in multiple areas throughout the hotel. Checked into 1st room and the AC would not cool the room well and it was very humid in the room. The carpet felt dirty and wet. Hotel staff came and checked the AC and said it was frozen. The said the AC are not meant to be lower than 68°. They moved us to another room after same staff checked the room and AC. It was in 66°. We had 4 adults in the room and the AC would still not cool us the room and again it felt very humid. I woke up at 0330 to a hot room and the AC not on at 66°. Next morning told front desk. They were very pleasant and apologetic. They said they would get someone to look at it. We were out all day and upon return they said it was repair/working well. It was not! Same issue not cooling the room. Another hot warm room and didn’t sleep well. Side not the pillows too hard and large. Didn’t know they had different options. 3rd night they moved us to a large room. The AC worked but still not able to keep the room cool when at 60-65°. On the last evening we went to get in the hot tub in the pool area. The hot tub was anything but hot. It was barely warm. I actually got cold after being in it for less than 10 mins. Had to get out to go take a hot shower, which does work! I told the front desk about the hot tub, again very friendly and apologetic. They said they just had it repaired and was working the day before. You can’t make up this stuff. The 1st night here my 2 adult children got stuck in the elevator on the 4th floor. They tried calling the help button and phone to the front desk but no one answered. They called me and I checked and the door would not open. I called the front desk and they said they noticed it was working but had no idea that anyone was in it. I was able to pry the door open to get my sons out. I called back to the front desk and they said that they had just called the police. Through all of this on 2 separate times with different front staff personal they said they were telling the manager and the 2nd emailing the general manager. They asked for my phone number so he could call me. I never got a phone call!
