Everything about Tipsy Cow is amazing! The food, service, and atmosphere is wonderful! We got the goat cheese curds and OMG they were so delicious! And my family all got the cheeseburger, it was so delicious as well! All the food tasted so fresh, especially the cheddar on the burger. They have a bar, and a dining room. We sat in the dining room, and it had a lovely cozy vibe. Our server was very nice, and we got our food very quickly! We’ll definitely be coming here next time we’re visiting Madison! Highly recommend!!Kid-friendliness: They have a dining room, as well as a kids menu, with a great burger!
Don't judge this book by its cover, it's rather misleading.Warmly greeted upon entry and made to feel welcomed by the inviting staff.Ordered the tipsy burger, goat cheese curds and a beer.The beer was good, but the curds were fantastic. The burger was extreamely good and over all l was glad that l tried this place out.Would highly recommend.

The place doesn't look like much from the outside but the food and drink is amazing. The bartender made me a very nicely balanced traditional Old Fashioned. It wasn't too sweet with a good balance of bitters and bourbon.The Tipsy Burger was one of the two best burgers I have eaten and I have eaten many burgers at many restaurants. The patties are done smashburger-style and are nicely cooked. The bacon is smoky and crispy without being crunchy. The bun is soft, but stands up to the juices and sauce in the burger. The fried onions were a nice touch, though you can choose raw onion if you want.The fries were nicely salted and crispy.I have no complaints or critiques of this place. Prices are very reasonable.Parking: There is limited street parking but there are paid parkades nearby.

Nice place, great location. Fun sharp corner door access. We waited over 15 min for our server. I asked the host to send him over; the host said they were short handed. Food was presented well, and very tasty.

The service and atmosphere of the bar was great, but I ordered two orders of wings, one with “spicy Asian” sauce and the other Parmesan peppercorn and I received neither of those, and because I ordered take out I only realized they were completely different sauces (buffalo and maple) once I arrived home. I wish they would’ve just told me if they were out of those sauces instead of just replacing them with something else. It’s not like this was a pick up order, it was take out, so I was at the restaurant and bar ordering this. Silly they didn’t let me know they didn’t have them. Also sadly some of the wings were very pink. The bar is nice but maybe just tell the customer about what’s happening food wise.
