Classic Wisconsin supper club. Bread bowl and relish plate out first, great steaks, seafood, curds. Possibly the best hash browns I have ever had in my life. Great service, classic vibe, solid Wisconsin-style old fashioned. Awesome.

Hands down best place around for food. Friday fish, pan fried chicken and Toby’s Special are a few of our favorites. Be prepared to wait, but that is part of the experience! Strike up a convo with a stranger and enjoy an Old Fashioned while you wait.

You don't go to Tobys for fast food. You go there ready to have a typical Wisconsin supper club experience enjoying several well made Old Fashioneds at the bar while you wait your turn to dine. The fish fry is excellent - be it baked or boiled cod, the lightly breaded generous catfish, grilled salmon, or one of the seasonal specials. Steaks are also excellent. Friday's are always busy and crowded.Parking: The extra lot may be muddy when it rains. A really full lot does mean a really full clubKid-friendliness: C'mon it's Wisconsin, bring your kid to the bar they'll be fine. Kid tolerant is the best I would go here, although today's age they're all plugged in anyway so what's it matter....Wheelchair accessibility: They do have an entrance ramp and elders are welcome here with wheels or walkers.

Food was great as always, service was wonderful. Down to a science. Able to accommodate a part of nine. Went on a Wednesday.Great experience! ?Parking: It gets busy early and can be tough to find parking during peak hours. It's worth the stroll.Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu, family friendly environment.

The food was great, the drinks were great, and the service was excellent. So glad I stopped and was able to experience the supper club enviroment I remember as a kid. Thank you

Steaks were very undercooked and not seasoned. Ordered medium but received very rare steaks. The cocktails were the only great part of this restaurant.

Mediocre at best. Not worth the 2 hour wait.Absolutely no seasoning on anything. We ordered 2 medium ribeyes with sautéed mushroom. One was well done. The other got more rare the further you got into the steak. To the point it was almost raw.The sautéed mushrooms tasted old and like they were boiled. Very rubbery. And nothing had any seasoning. I would recommend skipping the food altogether. But the keylime martini is amazing.

Classic Wisconsin supper club outside the capital. It's been thriving for over 50 years. And from the looks of it, they still have original customers. The place was packed at 5:00 on a Tuesday. You go to bar and get your menus, then somehow they remember you and waitress takes order while you drink at bar. It took about 30 minutes to get seated. The table had our salads, appetizers, bread, relish tray, cinnamon rolls and water. The cinnamon rolls were outstanding. Deep fried pickles- ok, and cheese curds are excellent. The main course jambalaya was very good. Yet the ribeyes lacked flavor, needed seasoning. Cooked to order and tender, just no taste. Our server Wendy was superb, a energetic person. I recommend stopping in, to appreciate a supper club.

Let me start by saying we were there on Fat Tuesday and before a Badger basketball game. I am from out of town and not familiar with this particular club, so I made a reservation. After waiting almost 90 minutes for our food, I was told the reservation saves us a table, but our food comes out after everyone else who ordered at the bar. Apparently, it works along the lines of you walk up to the bar, place your order, and get seated at a table when your salads are ready. I waited at the bar for over 10 minutes to check in and was never asked if I wanted to place my order or told how they work. The bartenders were not friendly. The place was packed. 2 bartenders and only 2 waitresses that we saw. We were hugely irritated when all tables around us were seated, served, finished, and gone before our food came. It wasn't until we asked what was taking so long that we received an explanation of how it all worked. I've been to multiple supper clubs and have never seen anything like this.I admit by then we were pretty mad, but in spite of that, the server remained very friendly and moved as fast as she could. Out of the 4 meals, 3 were good. 1 person ordered a steak, and it was so tough he could hardly chew it. One of my favorite things about supper clubs is the relish tray, and this one was sorely lacking. We had tickets to the game, so we had to shovel the food in and go. We paid as soon as the food came so we could just leave. There are several supper clubs in the area, and we chose this one because of the high rating. If we hadn't been in a hurry, or if we knew the process ahead of time, it may have been a much better experience. Now I know how it works, but next time I'm in town, I will still go somewhere else.Parking: Lot too small for crowed. We parked on the road across the street from the club.
