We engaged Twisted Radish to host an Spanish Wine and Tapas event in our office on 2/17/23. They absolutely exceeded our expectations. The Charcuterie Board they built was spectacular and 8 feet long! The passed appetizers were amazing. More importantly, all of the members on their team were incredibly pleasant, helpful and clearly had fun hosting the event. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic. STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. Twisted Radish was the "icing on the cake” for our speculator wedding event on MMoCA rooftop. The culinary offerings and artistic visual presentation was noticed by all! We choose a food station style of reception which was felt truly personalized down to the smallest details to meet the wishes of the bride and groom. Beau and Nicki were responsive to all questions and requests, which were many throughout the planning process. Nicki is to be personally commended for her hands on, open to changes, “can-do” and positive demeanor. The advance Tasting experience was very helpful in selecting a perfect, customized menu. The staff is also to be commended. During the event they were notably friendly and professional with us and our guests. Because Twisted Radish took care of the complete set up (including bistro lighting) and tear down, it allowed the families to focus on the day and end on a carefree, keep-the-fun-going note! We would highly recommend using Twisted Radish for the "wedding of your dreams"….or any catering event!

My experience was sub-par. We used Twisted Radish for a large corporate event. Communication was unclear leading up to the event (two+ weeks no response) - multiple misquotes. Day of the event - they were late and we missed the coffee set up time and after validating the day before about having drinks on hand for breaks, they will did not bring enough waters, etc for the attendees. I was also informed that they would have boxes for left overs, but they had to dig for what they could find in their vehicle (large disposable tinware). In the end, we paid our balance and will chose to look elsewhere for future events. Very disappointed.
Everything Twisted Radish did was excellent. The food was great. The service was great. The overall delivery was great. One of our Board members said their dinner was the best catered meal they had ever had!
