Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Fishhatch. Decided to order from this spot because it was closer but I've learned that i was right to avoid this spot from seeing the reviews alone. None of my wings came with any sauce.....they just came plain. How do you do that? If it was a dry rub i can see it happening but i ordered actual wet sauce on them....

I ordered delivery from this place about two weeks ago. I got my order delivery canceled twice and had to contact them about it. Asked for a refund since it wasn't being fulfilled and have never seen the refund for over two weeks now. Don't waste your time ordering from this place. You'll just be disappointed.

Please what number can I call to get my money back. I ordered food this past Sunday and did not receive my order do to the miss management going on. There was no less than 50 people inside. I was not able to pick up my food and just want my money back. Everything I call I get no answers. I'm not trying to drive 15 minutes to the store to get my money back.

We ordered 200 wings for the Super Bowl around 4pm it is 7pm and they haven’t gotten our wings made yet. They don’t tell you how long it is going to take when asking and just say 20 minutes every time. Ordered online so we could just pick it up before the game and they won’t call us when the order is done. Terrible service and can’t get our money back.

Horrible experience.. I couldn't even so much is reach out to them to see what they have to offer because the phone rings endlessly and then sometimes doesn't even ring at all and says that the mailbox is full.

So disappointed in this location. Ordered 15 piece boneless wings (2 flavors) with ranch and fries. Order was made through Eat Street, which was the first mistake because the order was delayed and arrived later than stated. Then the food was completely incorrect. Ordered boneless, got bone in. The two sauces I asked for were incorrect and there was no ranch. Eat Street does not have a phone number to call and states that the restaurant needs to be contacted directly for issues with orders. Called the restaurant and it took at least 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone. Then once they did pick up the call they repeatedly kept asking for my name and I could not have said and/or spelled it any clearer for them. Horrible customer service, not even a sorry for getting the order wrong, questioning why I was even calling in the first place. Do better.
