This was my first time ordering Buffalo Wild Wings in Manitowoc via DoorDash. Sadly, the wings were overcooked and very dry with lots of sauce to compensate. But, I’m not giving up. I’ll try them again sometime.

Literally just came in, sat at the bar and wasn't even looked at. Staff just chilling and hanging out, no busy whatsoever, and I couldn't even get water, at that. Had no idea people were so quite incompetent and single digit IQ. Others have and will continue to know about this. Quite the service going. I'll just take my business elsewhere.

We were turned away at the door. There was one table of 8 that was seated. One of the 2 gals that greated us at the door said she was training the person with her, she hadn't served the table of 8 their drinks and there was a new chef. In her honest opinion, it would be a 30+ minute wait. Help issue. We chose to leave. She apologized.

It's fallen way down hill. Staffing, long wait times, and petite wings now...I've been coming here for years. I used to consider it 5 star.

Just a mess! Brought my mom there for the first time.. horrible. The waitress didn’t write any of our orders down and messed it all up.. had to keep correcting the order. When we’re leaving we give her the credit card and she comes back to the table without the credit card.. we had to ask her 4 more times.. won’t go there again.

Came here a few times during my stay in the area for work. Every time i came in, there was no wait, and we were seated immediately, or i ate at the bar. The staff was always friendly and the food was always great. Even on their wing special days, service remained excellent despite there being more business than normal. It's one of the better BWW I've been to.

Don't waste your time for lunch here. Even though under staffed, they will not seat you in the empty restaurant until ready to take your order. So stand and wait for a table in an empty restaurant? And then how long to get an order? Not a lunch stop, not even a drink stop.

Good tasted great. I wish the taste wasn't competing with the nearly palpable smell of body odor emanating from our server. Let's hope his shower was just in the fritz..

This is the absolute worst restaurant experience I think I have ever seen. 4 of us walked in at 1130 on a Tuesday. 4 workers just sat there and didn't bother to have any attempt to help or seat us or even acknowledge us. What an absolute embarrassment. This place will be closed imminently. And it should be.

I haven't been to this place in a few years. And tonight reminded me why. We and other patrons were ignored at the door. The place was 1/4 occupied. I'm thinking they are understaffed. Go somewhere

Amazing work by the staff members Matthew & host Haley tonight as they were seen keeping up with all of the tasks, tables and demands of customers. My table and I were quiet disgusted with the multiple tables left dirty by the three other staff members that decided to tend to a baby, lean against the bar watching the other two run orders, hide in the kitchen & then later yell at Matthew and Haley for the work they had done. For example, they sat customers that waited for over 10 minutes for a table to get cleaned. As a customer, I should not witness you yelling at another staff member that “I will not take their order, I already have three tables!”. Cooks did well keeping up with demand & food was tasty! Manager, please stock your bar, give these two a raise and get some working hands on board for Saturday nights, the other three really pulled your team down tonight.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a good burger joint. I’ve never tried Buffalo Wild Wings and didn’t know they offer burgers. I tried the double cheeseburger. Holy wow, it was so good. It reminded me of the greasy spoons we visited while traveling when I was a kid. The meat was cooked just right with a bit of a crust on the edges. Also, the specific toppings I asked for were actually on the burger. My only complaint is that the order of fries was very small so my hubs and I should’ve ordered 2 servings. I’ll order again for sure.

Hasn't and won't get any better. Sad. Now there are servers in sweatpants,sloppy unbrushed hair looking like she just woke up. WOW. Took forever for refills, and food uncooked. Disgusting. Manitowoc is really going down hill since COVID

Wow…hardly any sauce on my wings. Your food costs too much money for such low quality. I could understand if you were busy but I was the only person in the restaurant on a Saturday night. Guess I know why now. Very sad…
