I came here for lunch on a weekday. I ordered a 7 inch Italian special sub. This sub has Cappacolla ham, coteghino bologna, Genoa salami, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, salt, oregano & oil. I asked for jalapeños as well. I chose garlic herbs for the bread. The sub was assembled quickly. This was a good blend of Italian meats. The toppings complimented the sub well. I thought that they added too much salt. So next time, I'll ask for it to be left out. The portion was generous. I needed a to go box. I would return for sure. Maybe I'll have a hot sub next time.

Was not impressed. The place was dirty, drips down the counter, dust and crumbs around the register as well as burnt crumbs pushed to the side on the grill instead of cleaned and mixed toppings on the bar where sandwiches are prepared. The Italian sandwich I got was not good. There was barely any meat and what was there was discolored and tasted not fresh. The hot steak sandwich we got was room temp and also not fresh tasting even though we watched them heat the meat on the grill. Overall not impressed for $20 there's plenty of other places to get a much better sandwich.

Used to have the best customer service, but this last time was not good. Workers had their kid in the back wearing dirty crocks and hanging out, pretty sure that shouldn’t be happening. Ordered food and waited half hour while they served people who came in after us, cheesesteak was great fries were barely warm as they got them ready first and then made sub. They need a manager or someone to monitor what’s going on there.

Talia is amazing and made customer service for check out great! Izzy was on top of her game and prepared our food quickly. I only give two stars because the boy taking orders was too busy flirting with the meat cutting girl that he couldn’t hear my order over his giggles. Didn’t get cheese added and wrong bread. This is the second time he was too busy to do his job and something in our order was wrong.

typically love cousins especially their Italian salad with green mixture. but today I got less greens and more meat. very young crew on hand, couldn't hear the one gal at the register talking to me,way to quiet. salad was not proportioned well between greens and meat.

If I could give out no stars I would. What a horrible experience at cousins was the worst customer service I ever had. The employee was rude and I called the owner and spoke to some guy name Mike who told me that basically I wasn’t getting a refund and that I can go F myself. I’m almost sure you don’t treat your customers that way!!! SMH P.s I’m pretty sure cousins doesn’t base their customer service on how he treats people.
