Great place to stop for a quick dinner! Wife and I usually stop once a month for dinner and we've never had a problem. Maybe a little bit of a wait but I'd rather my food be done right then get it quick and have to go inside to get it fixed!

I have to say I'm not a fan of dairy queen foods, but I love the ice cream, and this time, I order a few things for my son and wife, and I try some myself and I have so say that was the best burger and fries ? the I ever try in a long time waooo. So fresh, and the service was the best with a smile. I have to say that I'm impressed, especially because that was young people on the front the best service and food of this kind in Manitowoc. Thank you ? ?

Not enough help very slow service. One person in front doing the best he could gave him a good grade for doing the best he could

I ordered the New York Cheesecake Blizzard and there was something odd with the pieces of cheesecake, they looked fine but tasted wrong, like acid?

Wife and I ordered 2 blizzards. Waited 10 minutes for one another 10 minutes goes by and mine was melting on the counter. Cashier then said it will be a while before my wife's blizzard would be done. I asked how long because mine is melting. Answer was I don't know came out her mouth. Asked for a lid so that I could put it in the freezer when I got home and was ignored. 4 works standing around like the first day of school. Useless works with no customer skills.

4 cars ahead of me. Placed my order of just two blizzards. Waited about 15 mins to get to the window. Blizzards were like soup. Melted and more a shake than a blizzard. They made them right away and they sat there just waiting….and melting….waiting….and melting. Not to mention when I opened the lid I got ice cream all over my pants.
