I did an online order and it took a good chuck of time but it was nice to be able to wait in my car. The pizza was tasty and it was brought out hot and ready.

Food was decent for Domino's. I have no complaints. Service was outstanding.

We loved ordering from domino's for the fast service. Last night it was a joke. I completely understand food service and the fact that it can get busy, but when I was told a 30-40 minute delivery time in my confirmation email and it was going on over an hour and they still hadn't begun even making my food. The first person I talked to was super rude. He stated that he was just a delivery driver and essentially told me I was lying when I told him my delivery time said 35 minutes, saying it has never been that low (which it always has been and my email confirmation stated that as well). The manager who got on the phone second was a little nicer about the situation, but still didn't offer to comp my order or anything, just move my ticket to the top...
They refuse to fix online orders. It says 30 minutes till ready and when we got there 35 minutes later we were told 2 hours. My recommendation is disabling the online order function during high volume times (only because they don't know how to prioritize orders based on the time they were ordered). When we called to see where it was they explained that they are slow (not understaffed).

Delivery driver was amazing. However the pizza was not cooked all the way through. Called and the guy was like well it went all the lay through our oven and I was like there is still raw dough. They are going to get someone sick or a lot of people sick.
