Service was poor after waiting over 20 minutes and watching employees bring other customers orders out. I finally asked if my order was ready when I was told it would only be 11 mins after my quoted app pick up time . Plus my order was wrong I ordered extra crispy and received original. Not sure if I will be going back

Was looking forward to kfc...walked there to find only drive thru open...was turned away...no one in drive thru...could have served one individual in lobby...not everyone is in a car

My husband and I just walked in, although there were workers and no line, no one came to take our order. There was a bigger lady. short hair at the drive-thru, she turned and faced us 4x, never said anything like: one moment please or we'll be with you shortly, no acknowledgment of any kind. After waiting over ten minutes and being ignored, we went elsewhere to spend our money.

I ordered a large Mac n cheese and an individual mashed potatoes and instead of getting any Mac n cheese I got double mashed potatoes. Not what I ordered at all.

First waited to order inside fine busy with another customers order they couldn’t find? then worker taking order doesn’t know the difference between white breast/wing meat and dark leg/thigh meat pieces?! Then order extra crispy no they don’t have any fine original fine. Then get order of 1 of each meal and only get dark meat no white meat meal?! Then have to throw away dark meat to exchange for white meat my husband would have eaten it?! Idk ??♀️ ? chicken tasted awful burnt old oil. you could taste that the oil needed to be changed.
