It's sad to leave this review because Marco's Pizza was our go-to Pizza place. Last time we ordered, my family and I got horrible food poisoning! We were sick for days and had to take off school/work. We will no longer be making future purchases at this place, and yes we always left great tips.

Ordered online. At 530pm. One pizza one bread stick. It is now 710pm and I'm still waiting. Never again. What a joke. Could've went to Waverly and back by now. No stars.

I regularly get the wrong stuff when ordering from this restaurant. I finally tried to contact them about their bad service over the phone and when I spoke with the manager they told me “sounds to me like it’s not my problem”. How is this guy even a manager. Going to treat customers like they are nothing when all they literally want is what they ordered. Awful service and awful management. After calling them and having them hang up on me they now will no longer answer my calls. I just wanted a new salad as they put tomato on my salad and I am allergic. Apparently they don’t care if I have medical problems from their food. Do not eat here. It is the worst I’ve seen in Manitowoc.

The food was amazing! We placed our order on the app 20 minutes after the promised time it was ready. I wasn't happy to see every worker without gloves, with the counter dirty and floor gross it was off putting but, the savior was the man packaging the food. Out of the oven, no one and nothing but a giant flipper touched our food. He was kind, courteous, and clean.

I got a pizza to go. There is no indoor seating. I ordered a small garden pizza. This has mushrooms, black olives, onions, sliced tomatoes, three cheeses, and feta. I ordered a thin crust. The crust is a manufactured crust, meaning it is not made fresh at the store or that day. It was ridged enough to hold all the toppings but did not brown at all in the baking process. There was a modest amount of mildly seasoned, slightly sweet sauce. I would have preferred a little heavier application. The cheese consists of 3 different cheeses as well as feta. It is a nice blend, but then again, it is shipped in bulk and probably frozen at some point, taking away from the quality. The cheese was not browned and did not string when bitten into. The toppings were the highlight of this pizza. They were fresh, large cut, and evenly distributed. They were cooked perfectly. This is a chain pizza, and the quality can only get so good. The fact that the pizza is baked in a conveyor oven doesn't assure the pizza is baked correctly. In this case, I think the pizza could have been baked a little bit longer. A return trip is fairly unlikely as there are better pizzas in the area.

Put my order in HOURS before they even opened and they still could not have it ready 2 hours after they opened. Cashier was very rude passing them blame to the person who ordered it. Was unable to give me a refund on my money. I had to wait for a district manager to come to give me a refund! Unacceptable!

2-hours to get food. No way to call the store to follow up. We made dinner for our family before the order came because we didn’t think it was ever coming.I saw your follow up - Unfortunately, there is no way to contact you. I've tried reaching out to Corporate, I've sent FB Messages, and the local number goes to an auto answering service. How you stay in business is beyond me. Please tell me how to contact you and I gladly will.

I waited 45 minutes for two small pizzas and they delivered my order to the wrong address. When I called, I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally talked to a manager who was rude to me. I gave my order again and waited for more than another 45 minutes before I got it. I expected something extra for how long I had to wait and the fact that they gave my order, which I had already paid for, to someone else, but got nothing-no breadsticks, no size upgrade, etc. In all, I waited almost two hours for my pizza. Terrible customer service! Next time I'll order from somewhere else!

Last night on August 3rd around 9 ish pm I ordered a single pizza online for delivery. I paid with card and waited the 63 minutes that the website said until my food would arrive, but when 10:15 came around there was nobody at my home. When I called the store at the time my food was supposed to be at my home THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE MY PIZZA MADE! So I asked why and apparently there was no delivery drivers but I still had the option to select delivery?!??! THEY WOULDN'T OF HAD MADE MY FOOD IF I HADN'T CALLED! They would of just taken my money without notifying me about anything. They had OVER AN HOUR to contact me about their mess up but I did not receive a call. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service! I paid a delivery service fee but there was no delivery and I had to go and retrieve it myself.
