We waited over an 1 hour for food and there were only two other booths taken. The chicken in the pot pie was uncooked. The waitress was great and I feel bad for her. The cook staff really effects how customers tip their waitress. I hope she eventually find a better job. Don't go!

horrible, and I live here. it smelled like grease when we walked in, and our omelets and skillets tasted like fish. 1 skillett was with no meat, extra egg, and they charged us extra for that. but when you order extra ham or bacon it's as much as the package at the store. I'll never be back. Perkins you are horrible.

These poor SOB's, they found everyway to ruin the experience. I know it's a national chain and all that nonsense. I do believe they have a basic standard. Well this Perkins didn't quite live up to it. The food was awful, yes we waited forever for it. The salad had lettuce that was starting to spoil, the stuffing that came with my turkey was salty and super dry and I only got 2 slices of turkey. You would think I was 90 yr old doing the early bird special. The soup never came and everything was served at once. This was no fault of the wait staff, she was wonderful and apologetic. It's not her fault the backend was so screwed up. Looks like another corporation that could care less unfortunately. You eat here good luck. Oh and don't forget the malox you'll need it.

Terrible service I am a delivery driver in the worker told me to minute wait and it took 45 minutes I am extremely mad and I hate Perkins this restaurant should not be open they never have enough staff in their wait times are extremely f*****

We enjoyed our breakfast here. Great value for the price. Don’t miss out if you’re in the area. Our waitress was very pleasant and the food enough for twice the size of our group. We’d recommend it.

Ordered today for pickup and my order was incorrect when I got home. Ordered sausage and gravy chicken and biscuit breakfast. Got the sandwiches with no sausage gravy. Was asked if anything else was missing because that wasn’t really a big deal. Was told I could have a 60 cent refund on my order or could come pick up the gravy. After I had returned home and my kids and husband were eating. Poor customer service.

Went for our Saturday morning breakfast. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not understand the social distancing rule between tables. We were seated in the farthest booth of the restaurant so we thought it would be okay only to have other patrons seated in booths on either side of us within ten minutes. We did not understand since there was plenty room to seat people at a distance. Very disappointing to say the least.

Went for an early dinner after seeing a movie. The food was pretty good but be aware that they do not honor the advertised price of burger fries and pie. Their ad on tv says any burger pie and fries $9.99. At this Perkins they start at $10.99 and go up from there. We had pie for dessert and it was very good. Service was good also.

Arrived at 10:25pm it’s now 11:08pm and we are STILL waiting for our order to arrive. I’m a bit worried. We’ve seen 3 sets of people leave. A table that was here before us are still waiting on their food as well. I’ve been here many times before and this will definitely be the last time I come if this is the service we’re going to receive. I love Perkins and this is a major disappointment. Well, our food arrived. 11:20pm My eggs are cold, and seem dried out. Hash browns are way undercooked, pancakes.... super small.. and cold. So sad I have to even pay for this!

Absolutely terrible service. In all fairness the last few times I’d been the service had been bad, to put it nicely, so it’s my own fault for returning. Last night was the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I went with my mom and daughter and waited to be sat for about 5 minutes. Once we were seated we waited another 12 minutes without even being acknowledged by our waitress who passed directly by our table 3 times. We then approached the manager who brushed it off

a perkins is a perkins but this one, is special. we went in a group of 6, our aunt resisted going saying, "it always takes too long to get your food there - like 40 minutes" but, we went. our order took an hour. the toast was buttered while cold - it had not melted. the omelets were cold. the soup barely warm. and the thing was, the place was near empty. it seems this is just the way perkins runs and we should all have listened to auntie.
