The two night supervisors are unprofessional, the store is messy, the bathrooms are disgusting. The one with glasses and the one with bangs are two of the worst "management" options. I shouldn't have to witness someone crying and taking it out on their fellow employees. The man also has been uncomfortable to watch interact with some of the women. Completely unprofessional.

I thought at first this was a one time thing but it is happening almost everytime now. I order my drink and the cup is way less than full. Like 2/3 s full. If I am paying 5 to 6 dollars for a simple drink it has become an issue. One time I went back in the store and tried to , constructively, address it. The barista acted insulted. I won't frequent them again because of this issue.

I didn't realize it was the red holiday cup day, and after sitting for a few minutes, I was told that there were 18 orders ahead of me with people ordering/pickup with the app. I waited almost half an hour for my one drink. I'm not sure if this location (Manitowoc) is always like this or just because of the cup day.

This is the only Starbucks in a city if 35,000 people. The wait times are atrocious, up to and beyond 20 minutes at any given time. The workers are going hard, but it's definitely not enough. The need for a second Starbucks in Manitowoc is very obvious.

Probably one of the worst locations I've been to. Every time I've ordered it has taken more than 40 minutes to receive the drink. They make drinks out of order based on which is easier and have the time they end up being wrong. When people ask for their orders to be cancelled because they're going to be late for work or something like it, the employees tell them they can cancel it but that there's nothing they can do for refunds. Most hot drinks are not given sleeves and it is an all around stressful and frustrating experience.

I really enjoy Starbucks and all the drinks i can customize and get! however, sometimes i will order online and they will forget an item or two that i added. it costs extra to add stuff like Carmel crunch or whipped cream and i didn't get that in my drink, so i was really sad. i like this place otherwise, the people are
