I’m gonna start this off with saying, some of the time it’s good, but most of the time it’s bad. A couple of friends and myself as well as my mom love Taco Bell overall, but they somehow always mess up our orders, bad customer service, terrible attitude and don’t label things. I understand bad days, but I work in a fast food place as well, and even three hour the bad days and bad customers we never have such terrible attitudes, and if they mess up an order or switch them by accident, we always try to fix it. I don’t recommend getting large orders at this Taco Bell. They almost always mess up orders. Even the small ones.

I was there February 14th 2024 at 10:02 a.m. to pick up a doordash order. The woman behind the counter was squatted on the floor playing on her phone and it took me multiple times of raising my voice to get her attention to hand me the order. This isn't the first time that I've had troubles working with Taco Bell and picking up orders. Multiple customers have reported missing items and completely wrong orders and I can't check them because they seal the bags so misshapenly, and then I get negative reviews for their mistakes. Even when I go there personally to get food for myself, they mess it up every time, and the employees either stink of weed or act like idiots. Overall, just a horrible Taco Bell.

Taco Supreme ordered, regular tacos received that were soggy and split on the bottoms making them stick to the loose wrappers. Food was lukewarm at best and had terrible flavor - I couldn’t eat it. I’ve been to a few Taco Bell’s, but never this location. I won’t be returning.

Went at 2pm and was only car in drivethru. I was told to come inside to order, I told them I'm in the drive thru and that's where I'll be ordering. I also said that if you don't want people using the drive thru, then you should block it off.

Every trip there is a surprise: What will be missing? What will be dried up and crusty? Will the cashier be so angry at their lives they throw my food around like it owes them money? Will the place even be open???I can’t express how awful this Taco Bell is. I am 100% sure the workers are actually there to turn every person against Taco Bell. Nothing else makes sense.
I was a lifelong fan of Taco Bell. The way I was treated when I had a complaint was so terrible I will never eat Taco Bell again. They could bring back the cool ranch taco or the tostada and I won't be back.

In the last 2 weeks, 2 out of 3 visits, the 'fryer doesn't work'. But somehow that includes items made on the hot press. The 1 time i was actually given food, it was ok.Its like they just don't want to make the food so they give excuses for why they can't serve you.

I love me some late night taco bell, I have been to many other taco bell locations and this one is the WORST. They can not keep it staffed properly. They constantly mess up the orders. Never ever order through a 3rd party delivery person because you will pay them all the fees and the order will be wrong nearly EVERY time. Eventually you cant refund items that are wrong anymore either.
